Spend over thousand dollars and the problem still not get fix
Try to calling the customer service always transfer to the management team no one answer
never call back since last Monday

Their driver scared my students when the driver cut off my bus. Cut in front of another car, that caused that driver to slam on their brakes which forced me to hit my brakes harder.

I will not be using this company since their drivers have so little regard for the lives of children or other drivers.

Technician (if you want to call him) he wasted my time and money. Hobart company sucks. Don't waste your time and money.

Keyway was sheared on mixer hub.
Hobart overcharges for trip time
And sitting on their computer and then charging to retrieve the 5 dollar part that was needed.
It was fixed but I strongly recommend using a service that does not pad their hours.
You get nothing using actual Hobart techs.

I had a Hobart dough mixer that was not working correctly. I contacted Hobart services and they sent out a tech to look at it! The tech said the mixer is too old to work on. That was the end of it. Then I received an invoice for $428. Horrible company! Will never use them again for any of my restaurants! Very poor service!

Excellent experience with Grill Service Pros. Easy to set up an appointment and clear communication by text as requested. The technician, Spencer, let me know when he was on his way and showed up precisely on time. He worked extremely diligently for almost 4 hours to get two years worth of crud off my Blaze grill. It is now genuinely like new. Highly recommend this company. So impressed I asked them to put me on an annual service plan.

Philip was great! Easy to schedule and our grill and vents look amazing! We had some repairs that needed to be done also and he was able to get the parts and come back out to fix it quickly. We are now on his schedule for annual cleanings. Highly recommend!

Philip was great, very transparent and punctual. His pricing was up front and kept me up to date as to when he was exactly going to arrive. His work was very thorough and thoughtful. He did an entire outdoor kitchen install and I would recommend Grill Service Pros and use them again.

Great experience with our recent built-in grill install for our grill island, with Grill Service Pros. Phil and Spencer were thorough in the install and setup, hauled away the old grill and the crate from the new grill. They checked to make sure the gas line was working properly and free of leaks. Left everything spotless. Also took time to give some tips on the grill operation, cleaning basics and recommendations for maintenance. Will recommend to neighbors/friends looking for grill install/cleaning service. Top notch!

I had an older Viking grill that was not operating correctly. I initially thought I had to replace it but called Phillip at Grill Service pros to evaluate it and help me assess the situation and give advice on replacing it. He came out when he committed to and did a thorough evaluation of the grill and provided some recommendations. After cleaning it he was also able to replace the regulator and the grill works well. I really appreciate the honest advice and thoroughness of the work he did.

I cannot recommend Philip and Grill Service Pros enough!! We recently purchased a home with a very nice outdoor kitchen, but the grill had clearly seen better days. Replacing the grill would've cost thousands of dollars, so I called Philip hoping he could assist, and boy did he! After a few hours he had our grill looking like it just came out of the showroom, and he provided recommendations for replacement parts (which will we order and have him install). He's truly an expert in this space and his constant communication + customer service made working with him an exceptional experience.

Highlight recommend Philip and his company and wish we could give him 10 stars. Our grill was in bad shape and not working correctly. Philip assessed the condition and helped us obtain the needed replacement parts. He cleaned and rebuilt our grill and it's as good as new. We plan to have Grill Service Pros service our grill on a regular basis so we don't end up in the same situation again and glad we found his company. Philip’s rates are very reasonable and he’s very responsive and professional - worth every penny.
