We just had our Bull grill cleaned by Phillip. It’s amazing how good it looks now, just like new. We love the fact that he uses a self contained process so there is no mess on our deck or grounds. Wonderful service overall and the products used are non toxic. We plan to have him do a deep clean once a year to keep our grill looking like new.

Phillip always does an amazing job on our outdoor kitchen! It looks brand new every time he comes! Highly recommend!

On rare occasions I am pleased to write a review for an especially fine experience. My five year old grill had not ever been properly serviced and cleaned, and so I was encouraged to read feedback from others who used Grill Service Pros. The work that Philip and his assistant did was simply amazing. The finished, cleaned, and polished grill did look absolutely new, but what impressed me was the attention to detail to ensure the grill functioned properly and safely. Philip did a thorough examination and cleaned all ignition and burner components, replaced the faulty thermostat, replaced a few missing pins that hold heat diffusers, repaired a cover hinge, replaced missing screws and etc., and provided a warranty claim contact to replace a broken warmer grill and knob rubber covers that were under warranty. It was abundantly clear that doing the job to perfection is just the way these guys work - no matter how long it takes. I highly recommend them for grill service, advice and cleaning.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Grill Service Pros. The communication before the appointment was excellent, and Philip and Spencer arrived right on time. They were very professional and did an incredible job cleaning my island grill—it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve used another service in the past and was always left a little disappointed. I honestly wish I had known about Grill Service Pros sooner. Philip was especially knowledgeable and detail-oriented—you can tell he takes real pride in his work, which is rare these days. While chatting, I mentioned an old Weber free-standing grill I had stored away, and he even offered to take a look and gave great advice on how to get it running again. Highly recommend!

A friend and neighbor referred me to Grill Service Pros. Phillip was super fast to respond, helped me figure out parts and pieces required to get my grill back up to tip top shape. My Lynx grill is 20 yrs old but after over 4 hours of hard work - it’s literally like new. He was excellent to deal with, left my patio clean and my grill looks and works like new. I highly recommend!!!

My experience was exceptional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything went very well from the grill inspection and assessment to the actual cleaning and new part installation. Spencer was very nice and professional. He took his time and made my grill look brand new. I highly recommend this company and ask for Spencer as your technician.

Grill Service Pros did a fantastic job! Two people came (Philip & Spencer). While Philip worked on the built-in grill, Spencer cleaned all the removable grill plates in the driveway. Not only did they leave my 1 yr old grill spotless, they left the work area, including my driveway, spotless. They arrived and left on time. They communicated well.The 3-hour cleaning and fee was well worth it and I highly recommend them if you want to extend the life of your grill.

Philip and Spencer are fabulous! They have rebuilt and now a few times cleaned my built-in island grill. It looks and functions like new! Grill Service Pros are professional, kind and efficient. Important to me is that they communicate, show up when they say, and do what the promise they will do. In today’s environment that’s hard to find. They go above and beyond with their proficiency in solving the problem and more importantly fixing it. And leave a spotless area! It’s always a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them to anyone who has needs involving grills!

Philip and Spencer did an amazing job. My grill looks nearly brand new. They worked efficiently and left no mess behind. I appreciated their advice for improving my upkeep. I plan on this being a yearly event to extend the life of my grill. Highly recommend.

My repair man was on time after calling me. He made the service window. Very polite, and took no time getting into my drier. Quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved the problem, and even walked through with me how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and skills of the repairman (Oleg). He was punctual and explained the problems and solutions with my stove and refrigerator very well. He did not try to convince me to make unnecessary repairs and offered solutions to try before committing to expensive repairs. I did have to get the repairs but feel confident they were necessary. I would highly recommend this company.

Today we had the igniter switch replaced on our gas oven and it is working great! This is the second time we've called Comfort Appliance and always ask for V because he is very knowledgeable, efficient, and gets the job done with no time wasted

Incredible service and promptness. Vladimir (sp?) was 90 min early; had the dryer apart in about 5 minutes; then diagnosed, repaired, and put back together in less than 30 minutes! Recommend them highly!!

V came on time and did a quick assessment. Unfortunately, my refrigerator/freezer was beyond repair. The service charge was reasonable, and I was given advice on purchasing a new appliance. I highly recommend this company.
