Philip at Grill Service Pros is terrific! We had an outdoor custom grill that needed to be replaced. Philip very quickly reviewed all our options and then installed our selected grill the next week. He was able to retro fit it perfectly. Philip is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is a great guy. I highly recommend him!

Philip did a great job bringing our gunked up Blaze grill back to day one condition. He also changed out a burner for me and tightened some bolts I didn’t realize were loose that make it feel more solid and pleasant to handle. Best money I’ve spent in a while and will have Grill Service Pros back next year.

I cannot say enough about Phillip and his team. I truly don't think I have ever had such outstanding customer service before. They are excellent at what they do. They send me reminders when it is time for service. They are very knowledgable about all grills and have given me excellent advice. They are prompt and reliable. Phillip installed my grill a year ago. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we grill 3 to 4 times a week. After a year he was looking a little tired. Phillip, his crew came out here and completely cleaned every part of the grill making it look almost brand new. I’ve asked him to come back again for an annual visit next year.

These guys were nothing but amazing and professional! I shopped for months to find a grill. I had a built in grill from 18 years ago that finally went and they were able to get an artisan grill to fit but rebuilding the stonework around my built in counter. They also sized a larger refrigerator to match. Everything was spotless when they left!

Phillip and his company did an outstanding job! I hired Grill Service Pros to clean my 36 inch professional Lynx built-in grill that’s about 13 years old and vent hood, neither of which has been deep cleaned. I’m an avid griller so there was quite a bit of buildup on the interior of the grill. Philip exceeded my expectations. The grill and vent hood looks AMAZING and practically brand new! He also replaced two faulty burner switches. Communication and professionalism was great. Good quality grills are a big investment so definitely will be hiring them for all my future grill needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Highly recommend using Grill Services Pro. Phillip was very communicative, pleasant and answered messages quickly. He came to give an estimate the next day on the repair work and a cleaning. His price was fair and he was very upfront about what was needed. He communicated multiple times throughout the process regarding when the parts would arrive and once they did, when he would be out there to finish the job. I thought I was going to have to drop several thousand for a new built in grill but now I have a new looking perfectly working grill for a quarter of the price. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price and the end result.

My eleven year old grill was in need of a good cleaning and some minor repairs to lights and igniters. The professional Grill Service Pros team did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work.
