I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Appliance Repair of Atlanta. Tony provided excellent service on my washing machine repair. From the very beginning, his communication was timely and professional, which made scheduling and updates very easy. He arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. The repair was handled efficiently, and my washing machine has been working perfectly ever since. I truly appreciated Tony’s professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to great customer service. Highly recommend!

Communication was good. Gene arrived, assessed the problem and did a good job doing the repair and cleaning up the entire refrigerator. They have a 90 day guarantee. A good experience, the only issue was he arrived an hour later than expected. Approx 2 hours and $250.

They sent a young guy, who didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing or looking for in the repair that I requested. My set is located in my bathroom and as he was kneeling (playing like he knew what he was looking for) he bumped hard into my toilet messing or crooking my seat on the toilet. Dont waste your time with this company. Its all about that $80 service fee. That's how they truly make their money.

Nick was very polite and got right to task. Appreciate the next day repair availability.

Technician called to verify time and arrived as promised. He quickly found the issue, fixed it and tested it three times. Only charged the diagnostic fee as no parts were required. The first company I called wanted to charge me 200-400 ! This is a great company

Oleg was awesome! He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues that my husband and I were experiencing with our appliances. He accurately diagnosed the problems and was able to fix our old dishwasher as well as our icemaker, ensuring that both were operational. Overall a very positive experience. Competence all around, which made everything easy. Simple to schedule, always kept us updated with what would be the next step. The technician was the same way -- provided clarity on what he was doing, how he identified the issue, what the next steps were (in our case, he had to order a part and come back for the fix). Showed up when he said he would, quickly fixed the issue, tested the fix, and gave updates. Just a very professional experience all around.

Our dryer was making loud noises and they quickly knew the problem. Had the parts and made the fix. Great company and technician. They came the next day after we called. The price of repair was fair. No surprises.

I was so pleased with everything about our experience with Comfort Appliance! Stan, the technician who worked to repair our Sharp 'drawer' microwave, was excellent! On time (even early but texted to make sure it was ok to come early!), thorough, knowledgeable and very conscientious about leaving the area clean when the work was complete. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Gene was prompt and polite and got right to work diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher. It was a bit complicated but he kept after it until he found it. He was able to fix a few small things and then give me a fair price for the bigger issue. I was very happy with the work done for the diagnostic price!

Excellent service and very professional from the first point of contact to the completion of repair. I called and the person that answered the phone had a super calming voice which was needed because I was stressed about my refrigerator. I had just gone grocery shopping and then my fridge stopped cooling. They were quick to get me an appointment scheduled. The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Unfortunately, the problem required ordering a part but as soon as it was available I was able to have my fridge repaired. Will most definitely recommend.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Our repair person, Oleg did a super job with our oven repair. Contacted us with his eta. I had an appointment scheduled and an initial evaluation completed within 24 hours of contacting Comfort Appliance Repair. The engineer (Nick) was friendly, professional and very good at explaining what the issue could be, most likely would be, and clear on the cost and next steps. He ordered a part for us and returned to replace it within a week. I’d definitely use this company again and would highly recommend Nick for his skill and professionalism.
