I HIGHLY recommend Water Heater Xchange and ask for Ernesto because he is so knowledgeable, professional, thorough and articulate. (NOTE TO WATER HEAYER XCHANGE: It's time to give Ernesto a raise, he is representing your company in an excellent manner, and no he didnt ask me to offer this recommendation and I am not related to him! LOL). Regarding the service and price, we shopped around and Water Heater Xchange was EASILY the most cost effective option. We had our 40 gallon electric water heater replaced and that included our new (out of box) 40 gallon water heater with a 9 year product warranty, a built in additional 10 year warranty (for parts & labor) the thermal expansion tank, a pan under the water heater and replacement of a valve (cant remember the name of it) plus haul away of our old water heater all for $1534.00! We really appreciated when we called for a quote Ernesto lived up to his name (Ernesto means earnest or honest) by providing us upfront clear pricing with no hidden fees and a suggestion for the best option of water heater for the placement of our water heater. We have had our water heater for a few days and we are thrilled to have hot water back! Thank you Water Heater XChange & Ernesto for excellent service!
