Called Zurn because they came out when we first moved to the state. Recently had to have a 50 gallon water heater replaced and hook up a water supply and gravity fed drain for a commericial ice maker. Needless to say, their quote was much higher than any other plumbing company out there. We paid the fee and moved on to another company. The water heater install was close to the competitor but they wanted $1400 for the ice maker hook up (I paid $900 for the unit). I did use a licensed plumbing contractor for $1K Less than Zurn was willing to to the job for. I am in the building business doing inspections and thought their prices and personality of technician were inflated. Please research multiple companies before making a decision on your plumbing repairs. They may be good but very expensive from my findings.

Called yesterday on the emergency line because we had a leak in the building, coming through the walls of several units. Left my name, address and phone number, and their voicemail message said they would call back in 15 - 20 minutes. Still haven’t gotten a call back over 24 hours later. Good thing we were able to find the issue and stop the leak ourselves but we’ll be calling someone else in the future if needed.

Zurn was called to the home of my ex-wife and charged $600 to clear a clogged line from the toilet to the sewer. After 17 days, the same catastrophic clog flooded her basement (again) with sewer water. When she called Zurn to address the issue, she was informed the warranty was 14 days and would have to pay again. How can a line clog after 17 days (if serviced properly) when it took 15 years to clog in the first place? I’m sure the positive reviews are sincere but I imagine those instances covered a job properly executed. If their technicians don’t get the job done correctly, good luck. Zero accountability.

Zurn showed up and fixed the problem of a faucet that was only putting out hot water -- so they were efficient. BUT .. it was a $35 single valve replacement and they charged $393 for a 20 minute job. Honestly? If you are the slightest bit handy (GOOGLE IT!) -- I'd try to do it on your own and save $360. We weren't in town so that wasn't an option -- but be forewarned. They have a set price for even dead simple repairs, and they charge a LOT.

I had a sewer line leak at our home about 2 months ago that ended up being very challenging because the main fiber optic and gas lines for Dunwoody ran over the sewer. I had a dozen companies provide quotes - over half said they wouldn't even touch the job. Zurn ended up bidding immediately at half the price of anybody else, and they got the job done in days despite being fully booked for months. Just an awesome, professional, and affordable experience. Thank you to both Matts for all the help!

So Zurn is not going to be the cheapest option. But honestly, cheap is probably not the right choice when it comes to plumbing anyways. I've figured that out the hard way over the years. Zurn is extremely professional and prompt. Their techs are always super competent, polite and respectful and I simply have total confidence that the problem is being fixed and that it's being fixed the right way. I don't do a ton of online reviews but Zurn is fantastic. They might be a bit more expensive but when it's fixed right the first time you actually save money in the long run.

I called Zurn plumbing for the first time to bring some of my plumbing up to code so I could have some new appliances installed. They were able to schedule me quickly and coordinate their arrival with my schedule. Zane did a great job telling me what he was going to do and stuck with his quote. He was very professional as was the office staff that I worked with. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

This company is EXACTLY who you want to show up for your plumbing needs. The people inside the office are professional and courteous. The people in the field are timely and very knowledgeable. After going through 2 very bad experiences, I was recommended Zurn by a friend and I will never call another company for my plumbing needs. Zurn unclogged a toilet drain line that was stuffed with makeup wipes that my daughter flushed. The clog was far down the drain from the toilet so they had to cut into the drain line to removed the clog. Our techs, Matt and Jacob, knocked out the problem in no time and when they left, you'd never know they were there. NO mess. I expected to clean something after all that messy work. Nope. Incredibly great service and professionalism. This is the company you want to use!

After trying other plumbers, we decided to try Zurn from the recommendation from our insurance broker. Ted and his team have always been upfront, timely, well priced, professional, and attentive. We've had them do everything from fixing small leaks, replacing hose bibs, up to decommissioning our septic and connecting us to sewer. We will continue to use and recommend Zurn.

Matt and his team are excellent, second to none. Their customer service and response time is outstanding. I am always pleased with their product quality and never disappointed. Zurn Plumbing always goes above and beyond to help. They are professional, trustworthy and always consistent. I highly recommend this company!

Matt and Bryan from Zurn came to our home yesterday and repaired our shower (it was only giving hot water). They had given me an estimate, but when they finished earlier than expected, they knocked 25% off the price. They were so friendly. I highly recommend Zurn. Talk with Sean (Shawn?) and he'll schedule your appointment! They're excellent. This was the 3rd job they've done for us.

The experience from my first call to Chris was superb. He sent Oswaldo and another gentleman to check things out and make recommendations. They then provided me with written estimates in a timely manner. I signed off on the estimates and a couple of crews arrived in a timely fashion and got their work done and checked in with me from time to time to have a look or simply to let me know how things were going. I'd call them again in a heartbeat when I need a plumber!

Zurn is an excellent service, and I wish I had known about them before! I had an issue with roots causing a backup of my system, and they jetted the roots away. No Digging! I spoke with Shaun and Matt and they were so great at explaining what my issue was, what they suspected had happened over time, and laid out my options in a way that was friendly and didn't feel like they were pushing me one way or the other. I will for sure be calling them again if I need anything.

An excellent team to work with! They scheduled me within hours of my initial call, the technician was ahead of schedule (how refreshing that was!), and fixed our issue in under 30 minutes. The customer service representatives as well as the technician, Matt, who helped us were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Zurn Plumbing was absolutely affordable and a pleasure to work with. Plumbing issues are a nightmare to begin with, but Zurn made the process easy and painless. We'll definitely be calling on them again!

I was sad to find out that the plumber I worked with for over a year had left. I wanted to find him, but ultimately decided to trust Zurn and their staff. My new plumber Nate is just as excellent as his predecessor. He does excellent work and listens to client concerns to guarantee satisfaction. You don’t need to compare plumbers, you simply need to hire Zurn. They will take care of you, and if anything for some reason their work doesn’t meet your expectations, they will listen and fix it. Good luck finding that anywhere else. Trust them. They will take care of you.

Excellent job replacing our sewer pipe and also came out to inspect the home for other plumbing issues and were very knowledgeable. Respectful of the home, take pictures of the work as they go and share with you at the end. Would hire them again.

The people at Zurn when I called on the phone were very nice and polite and the head tech who came to my house was very knowledgeable and a real pro!! He actually was training a new person to the company when they arrived.
The price to fix a toilet and replace part of the kit without a doubt were beyond ABSURD!!! In speaking to a number of friends who have had similar issues over the years told me I was TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!
I can add that the guy whom I spoke too at Zurn regarding the situation and costs could care less about my business or if I ever called them again. He said these are our BOOK PRICES and that’s it…. Go elsewhere if you want!!!! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN or recommend to anyone!!!

Really impressed with Zurn Plumbing Service, as recommended by our contractor. Mitchell was here first thing Saturday morning. He pinpointed the problem super fast and even checked the rest of our plumbing. He was really kind and professional in explaining everything I asked—definitely more than a 5-star experience!
