Ronald was our technician and he did an amazing job! He saved us from spending far more on our dryer than what we needed to! Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This low star isn’t for the technician, it is for Sears home services in general. The fully AI scheduling and phone number is impossible when you need to talk to an actual person. Our technician did a good job and solved the issue but I will never use Sears home services again. Poor customer service and no ability to talk to an actual person.

Mr. Darryl Martin was very professional!!! He diagnosed our problem and was able to fix what he could and gave us the solution to what he could not fix on today. He was very thorough and transparent of the issues of our unit. We really appreciate him telling us and being very honest at what needed to be done to correct the problems. I would recommend Mr. Martin to anyone who are in the need of heat and air units and repairs. Mr. Martin is very knowledgeable and knows his job very well!!! My husband and I will definitely call Mr. Martin again for his service's!!! Merry Christmas from the Lawrence's!!! 🎄🎄🎄

The tech was scheduled to come to our house anywhere from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. We did not get a phone call until shortly before 5 and he was still an hour and 20 mins away. While i understand things happen and there are times you will be late or need to reschedule, I would have preferred proactive communication and a more accurate window in which repairs will occur. He did give us accurate and helpful information regarding the state of our washing machine.
