Problem diagnosed quickly but needed to order part for repair. Friendly fellow who arrived at stated time. Technician is from Atlanta area. Part needed is the controller that had to be ordered. He is telling me I need to pay an additional service fee for him to return to install. That is rediculus.

The repair was done on time. We had to pay in cash because the repairman's phone was not charged. We still did not receive the promised invoice. The problem persists and we have received no response after contacting the technician. $300 and the problem remains and promises have not been kept. I expect companies to do what they say they will do. My recommendation, avoid this company
