The carpet cleaner was professional and he did a great job of steam cleaning the carpet to get out all the stains. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I SET UP AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE RIGHT. I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND SEE THEY ARE THERE SO MEANWHILE I AM MOVING FURNITURE SO THEY CAN HAVE AN EASIER TIME CLEANING MY CARPET. 20 MINUTES LATER I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND THE VAN IS GONE. I CALL AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED THE LADY SAID THEY KNOCKED AND NO ONE ANSWERED SO THEY LEFT A CARD ON THE DOOR. NO ONE KNOCKED THEY SAT OUTSIDE, SNUCK UP THE STAIRS AND DROPPED A CARD OFF SO THEY COULD GET OUT OF WORK. THAT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING I HAVE WITNESSED IN A LONG TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
