Jon did an excellent job on cleaning out the dryer vent in my house. My dryer dries clothing like normal since there’s no longer any lint buildup. Would do business again.

I called Jon about getting my house pressure washed. We had terrible algae (or something!) growing on the trim and the house hadn't been washed in many years. His price beat the competition and his work was outstanding! We'll be using him for all of our pressure washing needs from now on!

Deidre has done outstanding work for me since 2023. I initially needed a short-term caretaker after suffering a broken leg. She did cooking, cleaning, pet care, transporting me to medical appointments, and personal care. Since then I’ve hired her to do handyman-type tasks. Deidre is a honest hard working individual and I highly recommend her.

I hired Deidre for a move‑out cleaning, and she exceeded every expectation. She arrived prepared to clean a vacant home, but the day presented unexpected challenges — including the water being disconnected. Despite that, Deidre didn’t miss a beat. She worked creatively and efficiently, using just a few gallons of water until service was restored, and still managed to get the house spotless.
I was overwhelmed trying to finish my move, and in the middle of her cleaning, Deidre noticed I was struggling. Without hesitation, she offered to help pack the remaining items in my kitchen. She packed everything neatly and even helped load it all into my SUV. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful day so much easier.
By the time she finished, the entire house looked amazing and smelled wonderful.

It all started with Michael. This young man came out and was truly professional and polite. He clearly explained everything and the process. Prices were very good as well. Michael even took my calls and emails as if I was his only customer and took the time to make the changes I wanted. On the day of installation Gabe called ahead of time to give me a heads up when he was going to arrive which is important for me due to having dogs. He and Shylo did an outstanding job on installation; Gabe was very mitculose and critical on doing his best and doing it right. Which he did! After completing the job he walked me around to ensure I was completely satisfied. If you need gutters installed this is the business to call. You will not be disappointed.

My experience was exceptional with the brothers gutters crew, from Brandon’s inspection and recommendations to the install with Jonah, Hank,and Gabe. All were on time, professional, and friendly. You know how you always wish the people who do home repairs were people you'd actually want in your home. Well, I found them!
Hank, Adam, and Brock came to my house to replace my gutters. They were professional. They were well-dressed. They don't smoke. They are very well-spoken. They look and act like people you would expect at a CPA firm.

After they worked all day, Hank took me on a tour. He was very proud of their work (and deservedly so). He told me the process they had used to correct some issues with my fascia boards that was causing leakage between the roof and the previous gutters. He had before-and-after pictures that showed it in a way that I could understand. These guys are class and character epitomized.

Now all I need is the Brothers that Just Do Lawns, the Brothers that Just Do Pet Grooming, the Brothers that Just Do Electrical Work, and the Brothers that Babysit.

Removed and installed new front gutters. Dustin performed the onsite survey. Suggestions for resolving current gutter repairs was spot on. Cost of work to be performed was good. Shane and the work crew arrived early and were ready to get the job done. Shane explained in detail the work being performed. They are true professionals. Did an outstanding job! Highly recommended for all your gutter needs. Certainly will be using them for all our future repairs and replacements.

Stopped in at Brothers that just do Gutters in Columbus, GA Wednesday and spoke with Levi. My gutter and air vented location for the attic was falling off the roof edge. Would try to be at my home in a couple days. It was less than an hour later Luke and Levi arrived to inspect the situation. Luke determined there was no time to wait. Both started cleaning the gutter, removing debris and draining rain water. Within about an hour everything was back to normal - well, better than it was before. I cannot use enough words to relate the FANTASTIC professional commitment to correcting my roofing/gutter issue.

Professional company. The gutter installation on my home was outstanding. They "say what they do, and do what they say". In other words, they scheduled appointment, arrived when they said they would, and kept me informed. They were on-time and told me that they would complete the work that day--and they did. With inclement weather on the horizon (rain), they worked hard battling the heat, humidity and did not leave until the job was completed. Hank and Michael were friendly, professional, and had the best attitude in spite of the heat! Thank you both. Hired to install gutters on the front of our home. Quote was competitive and all work was completed on schedule.

Had a little bit of water escaping one gutter due to the roof design, Luke came out and talked through the options. Then came back and resolved the issue.

After the work was complete, we received a text advising all was done. We did notice a small gap between the house and gutter and made a call to let them know. The Gutter Team immediately had a technician come out and take a look. Within a day of the call, the issue was taken care of.

A while back (I should have left this review earlier!), I asked Brothers Gutters of Columbus, GA to give me an estimate for repairing and cleaning the gutters at our home in Opelika, AL. Their rep, Bill Shovey, showed up promptly at the scheduled time to do an estimate. He was courteous, neatly dressed, friendly, and professional.

To make a long story short, Bill talked himself out of a job. After looking at the amount of trash in our gutters, he said the problems were confined to two small areas, and he suggested that I might want to clean them myself or hire a teenager to do it since Brothers Gutters has a set price that would be more than I wanted to spend. In addition, he suggested a way for me to repair the one hole in my gutter.

I was amazed! Bill took an hour or so out of his day only to leave without a contract. Still, he left with one satisfied and grateful customer. And, if we ever need gutter work, Brothers Gutters of Columbus will be the first place I call.

With every business, the culture starts with the Owner. Luke came to my humble home and handled us like family! The install professionals (Jonah and Gabe) were definitely a stem of the big tree which Luke planted. Excellent group of people to do work in your home! Extremely polite, genuine, and professional. I honestly wish they did more than "just gutters". Very happy to recommend them to anyone in the area.
