I called to make an appointment on 3/2 and they said they’d come the next day, never showed up, claims he kept calling my number and even said a male picked up when I gave him MY number, a woman. Anyway, they didn’t care to contact me again and when I called they sent me to voicemail THEN wouldn’t come out when THEY were the ones who made the mistakes. I was referred to them now I’m not going to either because they’re both probably liars.

This Company provides outstanding services. The prices are good . I had some really bad spots on my carpet , they came in and treated it . Great job.

We got coupon in the mail and decided to call them to schedule an appointment. I was a bit skeptical because they didn't have any Google reviews, but boy was I wrong. We had a few marker and crayon marks on our carpet that we were worried about, but the person a great job removing them. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment for today 7/5/2022
To have carpets cleaned. My wife and I worked till 11:30 last night moving furniture out of the rooms upstairs and in basement apartment. The appointment was for 10 am today. At 10 am a man who said he was Gregory called and said his truck broke down Saturday so he would not be here. I asked him why he didn’t call us sooner so we would have not moved everything.
His response He didn’t want to bother us in the holiday. So he waited till the time he was supposed to be here to do the job to say he wasn’t coming. Found reviews online where this has happened before to others. Some said he never called at all, just didn’t come. Will never use this company

I can't speak for anyone else but, as for myself I have never had a problem with using Above & Beyond Carpet Cleaning. Mr. James is always on time and make sure that my Carpet is perfect by the time he leaves. I dont even have to move anything because, he does it for me. The last time he cleaned my carpet he did a deep conditioning treatment at no extra charge due to the condition of the carpet and advised what I needed to do to keep it clean and get stains out. In all the service are excellent and he leaves it looking brand new and the price is very reasonable.

Above & Beyond Carpet Care did an amazing job on my carpets! They were able to remove all of the stains and they look brand new. I highly recommend them
