My sister recently turned me on to the ABSOLUTE BEST CLEANING SERVICE EVER!!! My kid is graduating from high school next week I have sooo much out of town guests (family and friends coming) and my house was a mess and being a single parent and working full time at 2 different jobs, I didn’t think I was going to be able to get my home back in order and clean the house the way I wanted it specially but I called
Gingerbread Housekeeping Heroes. I spoke directly to the manager, Rashunda Rookard, and she knows exactly what I’m going through and was extremely helpful and supportive and very professional. She sent a cleaning crew out when I needed them and they cleaned up my house the way I like it—- I’m a little bit picky 😂—- and they were awesome! I will DEFINITELY BE HIRING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Rashunda and Ayenis were the two who addressed this service. The service was given at a later time, however; Rashunda gave me a call to communicate what was going on. Rashunda notified me that there was a delay incoming, and gave me an ETA. She was polite and professional over the phone, thanking me for my patience as I waited for them to gather resources and arrive here.

They got here quickly, and I gave them an idea of the rundown of how it was (priority of rooms, etc.) within the time allotted.

As soon as I was finished explaining within those 5 minutes, they were both right on top of it. I was within the apartment while they were working, and they kept good communication about any issues with the apartment they needed help with (ex. "Where does this go?"). They remained quick and responsive, and before I knew it, it was already looking a lot better.

The apartment was left even better when it was initially after signing the lease, even without the request of a deep clean.

They were able to complete a exceptional job throughout the 2 hour time frame, all while still maintaining the terms and conditions stated in the attached invoice.

I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. I plan on using this service later on and highly recommend it to anyone who is moving out of their apartment or needs assistance because of an injury that does not allow you to clean your place on your own (recommend reading terms and conditions for more specifics and contacting Gingerbread).

Gingerbread Housekeeping Heroes is by far the best cleaning service I’ve ever used! They were professional and courageous and kind and respectful! They cleaned my house exactly as I requested and they went above and beyond! I couldn’t be happier! I am DEFINITELY going to use their services again! They will be so helpful especially with the holidays coming around with family and friends visiting, coming in and out, I KNOW I can rely on Gingerbread Housekeeping Heroes to help me maintain a clean home throughout the holidays and their help frees me up to get more things done before the holidays! I highly recommend this company! They are by far the best! I’ve used Rashunda as my cleaning technician before she had the amazing team that she has now and I have nothing but great things to say about her and her team. They really care about their customers! They always go above and beyond my expectations. I call them all my grans and they call me Gmama because they are like family to me now. They keep my house clean and smelling fresh and I love the all purpose disinfectant they use. It’s not too strong and it cleans so well.

I hired Rashunda and her crew to assist me in cleaning and furniture removal of an estate sale I was doing. They worked with me on 3 different occasions in one week for several hours. They all cheerfully and tirelessly worked exceptionally diligently and stayed overtime to get the job done! Such true dedication and work ethic is rare! I’m very impressed. We worked together so intricately they seemed to become like family. I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond and their rates are super affordable!!! 🥰❤️

Donna was very professional from coming into my home she used very good products I had some grease build up on my stove that she removed very easy and it looked brand new when she was finished I would recommend her for a deep cleaning or a regular quick clean

I spoke with Donna last week about getting a quote and she said she would come by today. I called this morning and asked what time she would be here and she said she would be here between 9 and 9:30 central time. She never arrived. I have left a voicemail and sent 4 text messages, but I have not heard from her as of 10:15. I consider this to be very unprofessional and irresponsible and would never recommend her to anyone.

Magic Maids of Columbus does an outstanding job cleaning, is flexible, and very communicative. We use them to clean our AirBnB and they are the best cleaners we have found in the Columbus Area. Highly recommend.
