So for everyone this is just another big company trying to make money off of good hardworking people! I have never been more disappointed in my life and why I don’t trust big companies like this. This is why I will be overpaying for my home town local business where they care about you. This is just another big named company that doesn’t care! Not one change in my yard and spent a lot of my hard working money please stay away and stick with your local businesses!

Specialist came out, knowledgeable about what's going on, treating stubborn weeds again, between winter and his treatments, well get them and hopefully next year they won't show up in spring!

I was not home so I know nothing right now good idiea for him to come when I’m here I have questions like should I water the treatment in etc

Mario is knowledgeable, aware, and attentive to my needs. He helped me understand a best approach to cutting, fertilizing, and weed control. Today he applied lime and weed control. He is a hard worker, and advised me on timing of lawn treatments. He is pleasant and a true professional. He knows how to exceed expectations. He earns 10/10 ratings. Thanks, Mario!

My husband and I had inquired about getting an estimate on our lawn and what all was offered. We had a manager and trainee show up to look at our lawn, they seemed to be nice and answered all my husband and i’s questions. We told them we would give them a call after discussing it with each other, let them know once my husband got back from some training he had. My husband was gone for 3 days and the guy had contacted him 17 times, which made us not want to use the service since the associate was overbearing. A month later and this associate showed up to our doorstep to ask us “what our decision was”. Seems a bit odd to show back up to a customers door you haven’t heard from and kind of like harassment. No response is a response. We would’ve been happy to use this service, but being contacted that many times and not giving us a chance to actually reach out on our terms feels pushy.

We have used your service for over twenty years but still have weeds. Please contact me with what you plan on doing to correct. I have called and you send someone to spray again but still I have weeds. Now you have pictures.

Run from Trugreen! They are not welcome at my property any longer if that tells you something. If it was free for life I still wouldnt want them.

Our local Tru Green Technicians are Amazing! They will gladly explain what they are doing, or efficiently do what they need to do and be done, whichever you prefer.
I appreciate being notified what day they are coming via the app and then a pdf summary also texted to me, in addition to the paper copy.

I’ve been using TruGreen for over a year and greatly appreciate the work they do. They ALWAYS show up when they say they will. They are respectful of my property and address any concerns promptly. I plan to continue using them for years to come.

I paid true green the servicing my yard in October of 2024. During the call I advised the representative that I need the services cancelled because I had just sold the home therefore their services were no longer needed.
On 20 February 2025 I received a call from true green informing me that I had an overdue bill for $120.00. The representative said it was for services that was provided twice in January.
When I advised that I cancelled the service upon selling the home in October of 2024; she stated the call wasnt documented therefore there was nothing she could do and was must pay the $120. I tried calling back to try to resolve the issue by speaking with a supervisor but that didn’t happen because they kept placing me on hold before for long periods of time then disconnecting all together.

Just wanted to add follow-up commentary referencing the above review, as well as to modify/change the negative review initially given, from a 1star to 5 stars for outstanding mediation. Shortly after the review, I was contacted by a customer experience coordinator's named Sandy, (employee #500010092/4436). She advised that in reviewing the narrative documented by the customer service representative, she was able to see that the rep had only partially documented the call when I called back in December of 2024 to make my final payment and provide my forwarding address due to me selling the home. Therefore she credited my account to reflect a zero balance. The coordinator was extremely kind, apologetic, professional and displayed excellent diplomacy skills regarding conflict resolution. I definitely look forward to hiring True Green again, I highly recommend them!

We started TruGreen service earlier this year and so far we have found their service personnel friendly, professional and hard working. It's a little early to see HUGE results, but we are hopeful that by the end of next Spring our lawn will look green and healthy!

My technician knows what he's supposed to do and does it perfect. I have never had a complaint about the technicians' performance. Excellence is the best word to describe it.

Have continued concerns about the effectiveness of Trugreen’s chemicals. Have had several revisits due to the ineffectiveness of their product. One particular technician has always been thorough with applying the product.However, the chemical product was affective in getting rid of some of the weed in my lawn..

Mario was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed talking with him about my lawn and things I could do to help improve things. He also did a great job explaining what they would be doing as part of this service.

My specialist is always very helpful and on time. Amazing attitude and he always leave me a followup notice of what he did and what's to be expected after the treatment.

Started last year and lawn has already started looking the Best it's looked. Enterprise branch is Amazing. The Rep always answer any of my questions

BUYER BEWARE. I was a customer of Trugreen for one calendar year. In that time my yard transformed from beautiful scenery to a dead scarce lawn filled with weeds. It will cost thousands to repair the damages incurred by Trugreen. In response to the damage Trugreen sent out the local Manager Chris who would not accept responsibility for the damages nor provide a plan of action on the repair of the yard. He guided his techs to continue spraying weed killer and kept charging me. They will do the same to you, do not hire. Reference pictures provided to determine effectiveness of their weed killing application.

Specialist arrived at our residence at sunrise. That's a record. His truck was well equipped. Specialist was customer service oriented - - friendly demeanor, professional in how he performed his tasks, asked if I had any concerns. Most thorough application this residential landscape has ever experienced.

We hired TruGreen almost 4 years ago to restore life to the lawn of our new home, but we have been disappointed. After almost 4 years, our lawn is full of weeds and does not seem to have the nutrients it needs to thrive. The interesting thing is that even after a second call to re-spray, the weeds still stand tall. I even wonder if perhaps they are simply spraying water on our lawn.

I have given them every opportunity over 2 years to fix the issue, but it actually got worse. Everytime I called to cancel, they made promises to fix the issue so we have them several opportunities to do better, until now. We are not spending another dime on TruGreen.

We are disappointed by all this!
