I called once to inquire about service. I received my quote and told them that I would be calling them back.

In the 6 days since, I have received over 30 calls. I have asked to be removed, as I will not do business with a company that will harass customers like this.

Also, their price was considerably higher with multiple people telling me it is more because it is superior service.

However, I did just receive a call from Hannah who is at the local location and not the cal center. She was knowledgeable and was very apologetic about the number of calls. She was the FIRST person who told me that TruGreen price matches other companies. I would give HER five stars.

But I can’t in good conscience support a company unless I see a significant change in pricing as well as correction over the harassment situation.

I have been with Northwest lawn care for many years. When they were bought out by TruGreen. I decided to stick around just because they said my price would stay the same and my services. TruGreen kept calling, trying to upscale me items that were already supposed to be in my service package from the buyout. I then was told my Aeration was not part of my services, and Northwest did that service all the time for my same rate. TruGreen kept saying no, and it was expensive. I canceled TruGreen, and right now, I'm having to find another lawn service. I've always heard Tru Green was supposed to be the best, but I loved Northwest lawn care. Friendly technicians that actually talk to you and answer your questions. I'm truly disappointed in what I thought was supposed to be the best in lawn care.

Our technician came out to treat our lawn but instead treated our neighbors! We got an email that our lawn had been treated but that was not the case. We contacted TruGreen and they apologized and said technician would contact us. He never did. We called again and this time they told us a new service date. That service never happened either. We contacted them a 3rd and they changed the service date again. Additionally, they told us someone would contact us concerning the matter but they never did. Customer service is horrible and I would recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Tech was timely and very professional. Informed me when he arrived and went to work. Had to work around some construction equipment but successfully completed his task.

My experience was challenging in the beginning because I ask Issac to explain exactly what he was going to perform on my lawn? He explained that he was only there to perform the Mosquito treatment and handle what the other technician had not done. Professional, and Informative, from the Technician that service our yard. I went on to explain that the other technician that came to my home on June 5th, did not do much of anything, based on what I saw on the camera. I let him know that I needed him to do the complete Mosquito + True Shield treatment. Then he said he would have to call his Supervisor to confirm that. I went on to explain that if he could not do the complete treatment, I would not allow half of the job to be done, and have to "reschedule" someone to come back and complete what should have been done today.

After listening to all of my concerns about the challenges I've had with the different Technicians not doing a complete job, Issac was calm, professional, and went on to get his paperwork to "read" the complete document about the services I've already "paid for" and "expected". He apologized and let me know that all of that information was on his work order, and he would complete the entire job, without having to call his Supervisor because it was clearly stated on his job orders. Then, I thanked him.

Because of the lengthy discussion, the job on my lawn took more time than usual. My observation, Issac did a good job and even paid attention to the areas just behind my work shop wall. I'm very pleased with the Customer Service I received from this Technician.

Seth was amazing. He brought his knowledge when addressing our concerns. He educated us on why we were having our concerns and immediately follow through with his promise for resolving the concerns. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome.

I requested a re-service due to a heavy storm we had a few hours after my lawn was treated. Justin Godwin sent out a text message in the morning with a real-time map to provide the most accurate arrival time as possible to my property. When he arrived to my house, he spent time to listen all of my concerns, explained what he had done, and gave me instructions to follow to get the best result.
I have had several technicians from TruGreen treat my lawn but Justin is by far the best technician, who truly exhibits professionalism and pride in his job. I can trust Justin to do a great job whether I am present at home at the time of treatment or not. He is a true model of professionalism that all should emulate.

My yard was filled with weeds of all sort. I was given the run around by 3 different representatives until I spoke with Chris. Mario arrived about 4 pm after his scheduled appointments and did an awesome job. He was truly fantastic and very polite. I would like to rate him a 20 and request him as my technician!!!!

What a great way to start off 2024! The Tech , Mario Rivera from TruGreen not only serviced the lawn but called and gave me a great consultation! Never had this done before as he asked how a cared for my yard and offered some beneficial knowledge on how I can make it better.
But that was not the only thing, he recommend how to collaborate with TruGreen before each application to make sure how I care for my yard does not negate what is applied during each service. All the special notes I have about how to apply during each service was acknowledge and done as well. I hope to have Mario for the rest of the year or a tech with just as great customer service and knowledge. I know my yard will be the talk of the neighborhood this year. He and TruGreen gets A++++ so far.

I've really liked using TruGreen. They've sent out to really good, knowledgeable, techs. Mario being one I can specifically point out. He'll spend a lot of time pointing things out and explaining things, which I find very helpful.

Try Green do a great job at keeping my lawn beautiful and green. They keep out the weeds and are willing to come out and discuss any concerns I may have. The specialists are very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Truegreen for your lawn care!!
