I was forced to bring them on by my Home Warranty company based on a recommendation by the plumbing services for a garbage disposal replacement. I knew it was b.s. but they came out and provided me an invoice for almost $500 worth of work. I asked them if this was necessary and did they see an electrical issue. They flat out said they didn't see an electrical issue and they just figured to replace the panel based on the referral. This caused a major dispute with me and the home warranty over this and the initial plumbing call. I'm not comfortable using this company for any electrical work if they're going to create problems that don't exist and I foot the bill.

Tyler and Casey were very professional. Took care of the issues and educated us about the correct lightbulbs to use that are more efficient and earth friendly..

Electrical Service Professionals Mike and Bobby were awesome! My home warranty company sent them and they were WONDERFUL. They were both professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. They took they time to understand my issue, and they were able to complete the job without any problems, that day. Let me tell you, when you have no electricity in your kitchen it's a nightmare. The pair worked quickly to resolve my delimma, and did so with "The Golden Rule mentality. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in local companies. Kudos on a job Well Done!!!! I would definitely RECOMMEND and use this company again. Keep up the great work.

Unprofessional & Argumentative
I've had multiple conversations with several members of management at this company about their lack of complete and accurate notes from service calls at my home that have created confusion and difficulty getting repairs approved by my home warranty company.
They've been asked - by my home warranty company and myself - to correct their documentation - and they have been interruptive and spoke over me on each occasion. They are required to be truthful and accurate in their written documentation, and to complete repairs per Georgia electrical code. They have yet to comply. They also marked the work order as "complete" on their first visit, despite not having done any work or replaced anything. I had to escalate and reopen my work order for this reason.
Bottom line:
1) Be professional - you have it in your company name.
2) Don't falsify information by marking work orders as "complete" when you haven't completed any work.
3) Be courteous, and compy with your requirements as a vendor so that you can be paid for your work and improve/maintain your reputation.

These folks are great. They are fast, personable, cost conscious and stand by their work. Joe and George are awesome... but the whole crew is dependable and trustworthy. My warranty company sent them out the first time and now I request them exclusively and won't use anyone else. You can't go wrong.

My home warranty connected me to Electrical Service Pros, and their customer service was excellent and they came out the next day to fix my electrical issue. The job took less than 30 minutes to fix. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Great company

The service from the actual technicians was good. Lost a star because they caused themselves to reschedule my original appointment and were wishy washy on their scheduling policy overall.

Horrible service, it looks like a scam.
After 7 days they came to replace the breaker, but came without a breaker and then the guy never showed up.

The technicians Glen and Bobby were very professional, courteous and quick. They came in and got right to work. They were very efficient. I had several GFCI outlets that were being triggered and would click off at random times. Glen and Bobby were able to replace the 3 that were giving me problems. Gave them another once over check, them gave me the all clear that I was good to go. I’ve used Electrical Professionals before and the service is still stellar. Tyler and Neo were professional! The team showed up and fixed my electrical issue without having to cut into my walls as perviously thought! They arrives on time and were efficient not to mention very courteous. I will use them again if the need arises. They were also upfront with cost which was reaonable. Highly recommend.

Great experience! The company gave me a window of when technician would come. The day of the service I received a text letting me know the technician was on his way and I could track his progress. He was very professional and fixed my problem in a few hours. No issues and would use them again.
