I recently experienced an issue with my light switches in my manufactured home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from George and Daniel. It’s not easy to find professionals who are willing to work on manufactured homes, but George quickly recognized the problem and got to work.

What impressed me the most was their efficiency; they already had the necessary parts on hand and were able to make the repairs in no time! I was amazed at how fast they completed the job. Not only that, but their professionalism and the neatness of their work exceeded my expectations.

I should've done a before and after picture but electronic service professionals came in and took care of my issue right away this old ceiling fan was hanging almost all the way off with exposed wiring and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Not only that they explained to me how the circuits work in the house so that I don't blow a circuit in the back bedrooms. Very professional on time in and out I've used these guys before they always do a very good job!!! And did I say on time??? George and His guy were great!!!!!

When you get great service, it deserves to be recognized. Chris and Moses just finished up at our house and they were extremely helpful — so much so that I wanted to take the time to write this while everything was fresh on my mind. They took the time to pinpoint an issue, which was not simple, and went above-and-beyond to see that it was fully resolved. They also patiently explained and demonstrated the source problem while walking through the solution. This type of customer care is not as common as it used to be, but is still greatly appreciated.

Nick came out and installed bracket for my ceiling fan and a new remoted...This was Nick's second time at my home to do repair work.

Chris at Elite Electric was God sent to me and my 5 kids....literally. My appliances on one side of my kitchen, to include my refrigerator, just went out. They all just stopped working mid use. I begin to get frantic. It's Friday afternoon and no one has availability until next week. I just so happened to call Elite. At first, to my disappointment, they were booked for today. Then a few minutes later, my phone rings and it's Chris from Elite! He called me back guys and said "I want to help you. What's going on?" I explained the situation. Elite Electric Solutions came to our rescue in the nick of time. Our main panel switch kept tripping during the weekend. We made a call to the emergency phone number and the tech easily laid out our options for a possible fix and action plan. When the tech arrived, our issue was fixed in a matter minutes. Elite Electric Solutions is awesome. Chris, Nick and Neo was extremely professional. I have a new home (17 months) built by D.R. Horton that was not wired properly. The main power breaker box on the outside of house constantly tripped. Elite Electric assured that they would have power restored to my home today. The summer heat in Georgia is terrible and to go without power the entire weekend would be even worse. Needless to say Elite Electric worked diligently to help me. They contacted GA Power for an emergency shut off service to do the repairs. This work repairs started around 2 pm. Chris found the part in Covington, Ga and he went to pick it up before the store close. He return to continue assisting Neo as much as they could until GA Power S L O W arrival after 5 pm. Elite Electric stayed and they didn't have to. They waited with me and they continued to make follow-up calls to GA Power. They went the extra mile to make certain I could have power restored today. I truly am greatly and appreciate everything they did for my family. I would recommend Elite Electric to everyone. You all are amazing! Thank you for caring and have compassion for your customers. Elite Electric was referred by my home owners warranty. Nick was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I had questions about one of my electrical issues, Nick took time to explain what was happening, why it was happening, and the solution. It wasn't in high tech language but simple where I could understand. He showed me what the problem was with my fixture and he fixed it. It wasn't a difficult problem to fix, a simple thing and he was quick and efficient. It wasn't even covered. Nick's conversation was pleasant, he didn't use slang and it was relevant. Moses and Chris are awesome! I just purchased a foreclosed home and have been working on it. I've had a lot of businesses come and try to overcharge and rip me off. It was refreshing to deal with a company that did what they said they would do and do extra. These guys have the nicest personalities and they were calm and patient while working. If I could give Elite Electric Solutions 10 stars, I would. They were able to accommodate me for same day service for a breaker issue that had me dead in the water (I do IT remotely).
