Electrical Technician Glenn was dispatched from Electrical Service Professionals. Glenn was on time for my scheduled appointment between 12:00-4:00pm. I was having Electrical problems in a couple of different areas in my home. Glenn was able to diagnose the problems and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Professional, courtesy, timely, and great service. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thanks again Glenn with Electrical Service Professionals!!

Electrical Service Pros Inc were sent to me through a service request I submitted to American Home Shield. The technicians arrived during the allotted window. They worked expeditiously and efficiently. Afterwards, the lead technician took out time to explain the work that had been completed and provided preventative measures.

Cannot recommend Bobby enough. He is professional, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to “up charge” us for what was a simple fix. We have had terrible service from plumbers to A/C repairmen. Bobby is how all professional tradesmen should conduct themselves. The electrician and the office agent went above and beyond to get my issue handled. The technician was done working for the day, but the office agent convinced the electrician to meet her at my house so she could bring him the replacement piece for installation. I’m very appreciative of them working outside of their scheduled hours to resolve my issue.

We had an excellent experience. Tyler i believe was fast and knowledgeable. He didn't play around got right to the issue and fixed it. We had some older model detectors and he replaced showed me what I needed to look for. I definitely recommend this company and I will long-term customers.

Our experience suggests that this business operates with highly inflated overhead or predatory pricing. We requested a quote for a specific service and were billed at $9,000.00. Subsequent quotes from two independent firms for identical specifications came in at $3,600.00 and $3,800.00. This $5,200.00 (150% mark-up) discrepancy raises serious questions regarding the company’s integrity and valuation of their services.

We had ESP out on two home warranty calls recently. The first call was for an old breaker whose metal contacts had worn over time. The electrician (pardon, I don’t recall his name), didn’t mind me observing work, answering questions, and educating me about the breaker’s mechanics. Our second call was seemingly for a similar incident after a power surge during the recent cold snap. We informed the electrician Camillo about the circuit’s symptoms, and then he quickly - I mean quickly - troubleshooted the problem down to a 3-gang switch which had one broken switch, and another switch with a hot wire exposed likely contacting a neutral. Also kind enough to educate us on the cause of the problem and spent time educating us the circuit behavior.
ESP has a solid reputation in our house, highly recommended!

Very pleased with the prompt responds. George and his team were professional and seem to really care about the needs of their customer. I had an electrical short in a kitchen light fixture. Although the actual repair to the fixture couldn’t be restored due to a faulty driver. George explained everything and also gave me optional things to consider to restore or replace the fixture. I really appreciated his help and he followed up with me as well.
