Constraction reviews in Decatur, Georgia

We've been working with Antonette at Construction Resources designing our new build and she has been great to work with. She knows her stuff and has been incredibly patient as our design and selections have changed.
Highly recommend both Antonette and Construction Resources, it has been a wonderful process so far.

Fireplace was installed and we have had numerous problems. No technician sent out to repair smoke going into house. Flute is too short and they refuse to return phone calls. Smoke enters the house from opening and gaps in the insert that need to be filled. Jennifer, Chris and Dan are unresponsive.

I have been working with Mike Maddox for 10 years while providing design services to multiple builders in Atlanta. He is my number one favorite rep - always quick to respond and get us what we need. I've been to the showroom many times and the staff has always been friendly & helpful. Most importantly the quality of installs & customer service is exceptional!

CR is my number one choice when it comes to choosing countertops for my design clients. They have a beautiful selection of natural stone and quartz. Customer Service matters! The vendors you use matter! You can trust that they will take care of you.

Josh installed our fireplace fan - and was quick, efficient and timely. Came when he said he’d be here. Also clearly explained how the fan worked, how to utilize it and how to take care of it. Excellent representative of CR Resources!

We returned to CR to finalize our kitchen countertop selection and choose bathroom countertops. Antonette was amazing. We had a sample from a previous visit and she asked us what we didn’t like about it. Within 1 minute we were looking at her recommendation. We saw other options just to be sure, but in the end her first instinct was on the money. It signaled both the professionalism and experience of this team, as well as the rare ability to really listen to your clients. We came away with some really great selections. Photos are of slabs we loved but didn’t work for our project….but I can’t wait to update this review with the final product!

Josh did an incredible job trouble shooting a gas issue that was not part of the unit. He had great recommendations on best practices and even suggestions on having cutoff valve inside to be code compliant. Thanks Josh!

I was referred to CR by a friend and couldn't have been happier! It was my first major renovation and they handled all of my marble countertops. Chas Owens was my Project Manager and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process which was several months. I'll use him for all future projects and can't recommend him enough!

Construction Resources has treated me so well after a deal fell through from a previous counter supplier.

Customer service is very important to me and Chad and Kyana made a point to work with me with my design needs as well as my budget and timeline.

I’ll update this review with the final product. I would recommend this company.

Had a problem with the fireplace at our newly constructed home. Had two other professionals look at it and they couldn’t fix it. Josh came in and within 2 minutes had the fireplace up and running. Very professional and gave us a quick tutorial on the fireplace that was very helpful. Definitely recommend Josh and will use him for all our fireplaces!

Josh helped fixed my Cosmo 42 fireplace and provided great customer service. The service was at Highlands at Vinings.

Kerry was an amazing help to explore countertop options and to educate me about granite, Dolemite Quartzsite and marble.
Took time to answer all my questions and sent me home with samples to compare with my countertops.

Excited to begin work with my contractor and use construction resources as our countertop supplier .

Awesome experience. Tyler Uliss made the whole process smooth. From quote to installation everything was flawless. Just gave me a great deal of confidence to have Construction Resources handle the job of my 2 shower doors. Will be back for my future jobs! thanks Tyler.

Tynneal at CR is great. I am completely gutting my kitchen and starting from scratch which can be overwhelming but after an in-depth meeting with Tynneal, I feel like I’m heading in the right direction direction and have the expert team at construction Resources to help me along the way. Their showroom is like nothing else I’ve seen in Atlanta.

Antonette was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly helpful and patient as I picked out tiles, and her friendly, accommodating attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. She does an excellent job of really listening to what you’re looking for, helping you stay on budget and offering thoughtful suggestions—yet she also gives you plenty of space to explore. Highly recommend Construction Resources especially working with Antonette!

Providing a one star rating is very generous considering I have not heard back from Kerry or Chad. To start, I called and sent an email regarding our project and did not receive a reply or call back. I then stopped in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Kerry and Chad. Kerry setup an appointment for the upcoming Saturday at 9am with Chad, and confirmed by email. On Saturday, we arrived at the showroom and was met by Derrick. Derrick advised that Kerry was out sick and Chad was not there. Derrick took the time to show us around, was very attentive and gathered information for our bathroom vanity top and shower glass. While assisting, another gentleman called Chad and we were told that Chad was not aware of the appointment. Derrick took our information and said he would pass the information to Kerry and Chad. It has been almost a week, and no response from anyone regarding our needs. We live in Avondale and prefer to shop local and support local businesses. We have chosen to take our business elsewhere due to the sub-par customer service and follow through.

Ask for Josh! He’s VERY knowledgable and friendly. He called and texted to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time.
Our new Heat + Glo Fireplace was not working properly and he did a great job evaluating and fixing it and then explaining everything we needed to know to ensure we are happy and educated. He took off his shoes, laid down a soft moving blanket to protect our floors, and was very respectful of our home.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!

Antoinette was Incredible. We wish we had found her when we began this house build, it would have been more coherent, less stressful and even better looking. She has a natural talent and understanding, and asks excellent open questions that allow one's imagination to soar and be creative. We are grateful!

Worked with Greg Cook for all our cabinet and counter top needs for our finished basement needs. Greg was very informative with assisting us with product selection and follow through to delivery and installation. Additionally, the two man team who did the installation were masters of their skills, very professional and meticulous with their work. Overall a great experience working with Construction Resources !

My wife and I were so happy to work with our team at CR. We loved the one stop shop which made our lives so much easier. Plus the team was able to work together and coordinate the job. The materials (counters, sinks, lighting, appliances) are all top shelf. A big shout out to Darren Domino, Kelly Barry and Charlotte Laudun. They promised and kept them!!! Also the installers were great and very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a very positive experience.

Everyone that we have dealt with for our project has been amazing. It is so nice to have a one stop shop for all of our need for out build with in house consultation and design help. CR has been such an amazing find to make the home building process so much easier.
