Our fireplace wasn’t working and I contacted CR. Josh (technician) came out and fixed it so quickly. He is very professional and explained everything that is required to make it work. Thank you, Josh and CR team for helping us in resolving this issue.

Amy Mitchell met us at the door and even though we didn't have an appointment treated us like we did and spent so much time with us. We had gone to look at glass for our shower and she helped us with that, but we were unsure of a recent piece of quartz we had picked out for our countertop. We showed her and she suggested one that was very similar, but it was more perfect. Thank heavens we asked her. It has been installed now and we are so very pleased that she took up so much time with us. It is perfect. Thank heavens she was patient , kind and talented. We really needed that. CR has a jewel employee.

Tyler Uliss was able to provide a reasonable priced quote for a mirror install in our new company gym. Install timeframe was turned around quickly, and we are very happy with our finished product.

I stumbled upon Construction Resources as I recently moved to Decatur and I’m so glad I did! I was helped by Kerry for the design portion and she is absolutely incredible. So talented, kind and really knows her color theory. She basically designed our kitchen and bathrooms solely off of how I wanted it to feel and she nailed it. Hillary helped me with the tile and she was wonderful! Responsive, had great recommendations and helped us when an issue came up for the tile order. Chase helped us with the countertops and he was excellent. He was available any time and provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions. The crews that came out to install were top tier and left the place clean and beautiful. Cannot recommend them enough! 10/10

Josh was fantastic to work with. He was very tenacious in solving our fireplace blower issue—first adjusting the unit and then returning to replace it with a more reliable blower when the problem persisted. His persistence and professionalism really stood out, and we truly appreciate his commitment to getting it right. Thank you to CR Fireplaces and Josh for the exceptional customer service!

RUN!!!!!!!The company does not stand behind their work. During the project the team of workers cut corners and we’re extremely un professional and messy.The owners does not check behind his hired help and the workers for found to be not actually working or installing things correctly. The team of workers don’t actually know how to do the work I am having issues 6 months to a year later with the flooring, electrical, and painted areas. The owner said and charged me 4500 for an electrician to come out but when I had an electrician come behind them they had placed carbon between the wires to prevent the outlet from shorting and rigged the wiring installed appliances. I am extremely dis pleased. The experience was so bad and traumatizing that doing any renovation in my home is difficult for me to trust. Do not hire!!

Extremely slow customer service

I was just attempting to get information and after many minutes on the phone speaking to an associate I finally gave up.

Buyer Beware! I purchased new granite countertops for my kitchen. I had an arranged an appointment with a Home Depot vendor plumbing company (Bynum & Sons Plumbing, Inc.) to disconnect the sink's plumbing before the granite top installation. I called Bynum to confirm my appointment and was advised the plumber would call me prior to his arrival. The plumber never showed up within the scheduled three-hour window appointment. In addition, the plumber never called me to advise that he was running late or if he needed to reschedule. This was unprofessional and terrible customer service. Because of this inconvenience, this will delays the installation my granite kitchen counter tops. Also called Home Depot and spoke to a representative in the kitchen department and a manager regarding the ordeal and inconvenience. I'm still waiting for Home Depot's resolution for the terrible mishap. Stay tuned...

This should really be zero stars. My family ordered 3 replacement doors for our home on October 19 and the order is still incomplete. We received the back door and the garage door and still have not received the front entry door replacement. When they installed my rear door the door it was done when only my mother was at the house and they left it uneven and not properly closing. They even tore off the base boards by the door and left them off the wall. The garage door will not close at all unless you lift up on the handle or slam it forcefully. We still are having problems with the doors and Home Depot has yet to accept responsibility for their contractors to have the issue resolved.

I am just giving them one start to be able to share my experience. People you need to stay away from Home Depot Appliances installers, they are lazy an unprofessional, they do not have the proper tools to install a dishwasher or a microwave, both appliances left uninstall. Horrible experience.

I was greeted so nicely by Anna who professionally assisted me with scheduling an estimate for a kitchen makeover. I really appreciate her service. She is a model employee . Thank you Home Depot. Keep up the good work! You because you got to start doing

Insulator needs to be truthful and accurate about service. Also make sure your work area is clear they way he found it.

Cool Ray employee was pleasant and knowledgeable about work. He explained the various I had to get the repairs done. He did the repairs in a timely manner and then showed me what he did. I was pleased with his work.

Scheduling was easy, and the installer was really knowledgeable about everything. They inspected the HVAC unit and completed the tuneup efficiently, and it’s been performing well since. I’m happy with this professional HVAC service from Home Depot.
