Wow!!! What a nice surprise in this day of poor service and high prices. Empire came out the same day and trouble shot my Trane heater is 30 minutes. Turns out that the fresh air inlet was improperly installed and the previous service person left the combustion cover loose when the combustion blower was starved for air. Long term solution was discussed and the service charge was only $88.

Michael, the Empire Heating and Air Conditioning technician who repaired our heat pump yesterday, was outstanding. He was professional and courteous from the moment he arrived. The compressor on the heat pump had failed and the replacement part had been ordered earlier. His efficiency and experience were evident as Michael replaced this major component with no issues. We appreciated his respectful demeanor and the care he took to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall, Michael provided excellent service, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mike came out and serviced our Daiken Mini Split, very knowledgeable and confident and left the place perfect. I enjoy working with Empire!

Ray is one of the kindest and most professional individuals we have ever met. He thoroughly went over our options and he was so nice, we ended up going with the Yearly Membership. In a world full of “am I going to get what I paid for?”, trust that Empire will be 100% honest and do an amazing job.

We will be using Empire for the rest of our lives. It truly goes to show when you have a great business and employees, nothing is impossible.

Ray, the maintenance technician, did a great job explaining and suggesting ways to keep my HVAC system in good shape. He also helped me contact tech support to figure out why I couldn’t connect to my system on my phone. Ray was super patient, professional, and helpful.

Taylor came to help us out after hours with an issue after our new thermostat was installed and the AC wasn’t working. He was super kind and knowledgeable, helped explain the issue to us and was very professional. Great guy!

Charged me for multiple visits and did not fix my problem. Failed to see the obvious defective refrigerant lines. I wasted over 1000$ on useless stuff. I had to turn to another company who quickly spotted the problem and fixed it. Jim Jensen

Empire has always provided me with prompt and honest service. Their pricing has always been better than fair. The pricing was for a one year maintenance contract that provides maintenance for two units, both heating and cooling.

Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is not a good option for business owners leasing commercial space. When I attempted to schedule a routine HVAC maintenance inspection, I was told I could not do so without explicit permission from the property owner.

For a standard and basic service request, this level of restriction is unnecessary and inconvenient. I do not recommend this company for commercial tenants who need straightforward, routine HVAC maintenance without excessive hurdles.

Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.

I needed a repair to my heating/AC unit. I waited for a few days to get an appointment. Empire sent someone who spent quite a bit of time figuring out the repair needed. The repair quote was around $3000 with another wait for two weeks. I called a different provider who came the same day to evaluate and repair for $460. This is upsetting but unfortunately this has happened to another friend of mine so it is not just my situation. I wanted to share this for others to know that this is not the right business to hire.

The technician, Kobe (sp?), was on time & since we had not met before he took time to listen to what we wanted from the service call. Our system is on the older side & he gave us good input about our concerns with the unit. He was knowledgeable & reassuring which we appreciate very much.

Empire came out the same afternoon I called them and completed our repair within a couple days. When the technician arrived, he told me that he’d come up with a more affordable fix than previously proposed. Everything worked great and this would be the first company I call in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Empire Air not only installs worn a/c units, but also does maintenance and troubleshooting. They have staff of professional a/c techs as well. It has been a pleasure doing business with Empire Air.
