The Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. We had a very bad odor coming from our kitchen vent. We have a crawlspace and I felt so bad for Carter. He’s a big guy but he dives right in with a smile. He was done in no time and the awful smell and a gone. He’s Awwsome

Absolutely amazing service! I have a really old unit that I know is reaching its last leg.. they were able to get it back up running in no time at all. Andre was very professional and really did a great job of explaining what the issues were and his plan to fix it. They came all the way to Cobb county to help me which is out of their service area! They replaced my damaged water pipe and solved my issue. I would not hesitate to call them again!!

My heat went out on a 20 degree day and We called Champion. Carter came by within an hour and had my home heating like we were in South Beach Miami! I had to shut it off because it was too hot 🥵. This Company earned my business for a lifetime. Fast, Funny, and Fair! Thank you Champions.

My furnace stop functioning and I found Champion HVAC online and reached out because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. When the technicians arrived to replace my furnace, they took bricks without my permission from my backyard and used them to add height to my furnace because the one they brought in was not the same height as my other one. They did not fix this issue until I told them we would not be paying for a new furnace to sit on bricks. Afterwards, my heat stopped working again, so I assumed it was something with the furnace again ans contacted Carter. He came back and stated he fixed the issue and explained there was an issue with the top of the furnace dripping water into the pipe and that part needed to be serviced and was causing this issue. I was not present for this conversation. The furnace went out AGAIN this morning. My husband was not home so I thought to call the "professional " for a resolution. During our phone conversation, Carter proceeded to say that my husband didn't comprehend what he was saying last time and he told him what was going on last time but "bruh didn't listen" and said his company did something to our furnace. I advised those comments seemed to be seeking clarification of the issue and as a professional, he should have had no problem answering them. Also, insulting someone's spouse to them is also very unprofessional. Carter has been blocked from all communication with me and I would never solicit his services again or recommend him to anyone.

Great folks there at champion. They came out and had the issues with my unit diagnosed, fixed and up and running way faster than I excepted them too. If it were possible I would give them 10 stars.

We had a cold evening and the other company we called never came by. We contacted Champion this am and the gentleman was very polite and gave me a time frame for him arriving this afternoon. He was on time and repaired our heating unit within minutes. Never had such great customer service. Wonderful Hbac company and will call them if any future issues arrive.

My water heater went bad in the middle of the coldest week in Ga. I called 3 other companies and they were priced beyond my belief. I reached Champion and they were fairly priced and were out to my home in a hurry. I’m couldn’t believe how fast and reliable these guys were. They also checked my furnace at no cost. Our office was cold and we called Champion HVAC. Carter and his technician came in a hurry. After diagnosis the issue, they were able to get our office back comfortable within an hour. We greatly appreciate his prompt and fair pricing.

Absolutely amazing people. Was told by All Good heating and air that I needed $2500 of parts or $6000 to replace my unit. Champion was here at 0730 and left 20 minutes later and I paid less than $500. Unbelievably honest. Great company. Will definitely save this number if anything else happens to my home. I can't thank them enough for the prompt and honest service.

I had an Hvac issue which happened at midnight last evening. I contacted Champion at 730 the next morning and the technician arrived shortly after 9am. He discovered my ignition control was bad. He raced to the hvac supplier and had us back comfy shortly after. The Professionalism, Honesty, as well as the Punctuality is Phenomenal. I also needed my garbage disposal repaired and they had one on the work van and gave me a bundle deal. I'm beyond satisfied.
