Champion HVAC is amazing. Returned home on a Sunday evening from a trip to find water leaking from an upstairs vent. Champion answered the call and they were able to come out within 30 min to clear clog in pipe causing the leak. Issue fixed! Great team and affordable!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Carter. He installed a brand new HVAC system for my condo 2.5 years ago, and it already failed. Fast forward to present day - he diagnosed the issue (a fan motor failure), delayed service for days, gave vague updates about ordering a replacement part, then eventually stopped responding altogether. My 64-year-old mother has been without AC for over a week during peak summer, and we’ve now had to hire another company. He probably did not want to service because he thought 1-2 hour labor charge was not worth his time, since the parts were covered under warranty and he could make more money doing replacement service in GA summer. Worse, he never disclosed that the system could’ve had an additional 5 year warranty on top of the basic 5 years if registered within 60 days — something he omitted from the original (hand typed) receipt, likely to charge more for parts later. Don't trust the 5 star reviews that he pushes customers to do on here, I regret mine from before — I’ve since deleted it. I would not recommend this business. Go with a reputable, BBB-accredited company that stands by its work post install and treats customers equally without bias. I posted the receipt as proof of using his services.

We called Champion out on an after hour emergency service at our automotive shop. Another company was unable to complete the task. Carter came within an hour and our shop is cooler than its ever been. He gave us a very detailed walk through and explained the repair in detail. We really appreciate honesty and punctuality.

It only took Mr. Carter, Brandel & his team of consummate professionals at Champion HVAC & Plumbing a few hours to quickly & efficiently install a brand new working A/C unit during an unprecedented heatwave.

This was after a 3 week period of tolerating the unbearable heat while waiting for the warranty company to service the old A/C unit which had abruptly stopped working.

After A/C service was restored, Mr. Carter went above & beyond to assist with the warranty company process of filing a reimbursement claim.
