We have been loyal customers of Empire’s for well over 30 years. We have never been disappointed by any technician we have had and Zeke is no exception. He was thorough and explained everything to us. And because he is usually our technician, he has become familiar with our system which helps!

Empire replaced my entire HVAC system. The replacement went smoothly. I like how the technicians explained what they were doing. Since then it was worked beautifully. Shout out to Bryce for my maintenance visit today. So glad I chose Empire.

The follow up to our units communication error in our unit was amazing. The tech that came out Chase was extremely helpful in walking us through the problems that were still causing the issues. He also when above and beyond the initial request by working on our unit by fixings it up by replastering the unit to help prevent air from flowing out of the unit and into our garage. The fact that the company immediately took action to come back to help us out with the issue was amazing and I definitely will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been a customer for many years, and I’ve found the service to be seamlessly great. They nursed my ollddd system along for years, repairing it several times, never pressuring me to buy a new one. When the time finally came to replace the old one, Empire was very helpful in walking me through options. The service people are also unfailingly polite and punctual. Big thumbs up.

Oh man, this is the company to call. They were quick to respond, set up a time immediately and helped me with my mini split with ease. They sent out Chase, who was amicable and competent.

Empire heating has been helping me since 2017 and also been extremely diligent in the work and fair on the price. They are prompt and courteous with every interaction. They helped me maintain my old system and then transition to a new one. During Covid we were using a room that did not have a/c or heat and they helped me find a solution in a mini split that has been fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough.

Vince was so kind and called me very quickly to assist me with my air conditioning issue. If you are looking for a service professional who is kind, responsive, and very quick ...don't hesitate to call him!

Tech came when said they would be here. Great professional work tuning up furnaces for the winter. Had to replace one bulb on one furnace rest was standard checkup.

Ray the technician was very thorough and took his time with the maintenance. He also found a problem and fixed it. After he left he even called to say I’d been overcharged and that accounting would credit the difference.

Always quick to come out and check out what is needing fixed. Never just jumps at choosing the most expensive way to fix things. Most of the time they can fix the units we have already without having to purchase anything new. Very honest, friendly service. My dog welcomes all of them into our home with a wag of his tail!

Taylor arrived on time! He was great and even replaced the batteries for me on the thermostats. He explained everything to me and gave me recommendations. Taylor was kind, thoughtful and very accommodating. I’ve been a long time customer at Empire and he’s one of the best!

Our AC went out on the weekend. I called to try and get a technician out as quickly as possible as the temperature in our house was nearing 90 degrees. Empire sent a technician (Kobe) out on Monday. Kobe quickly assessed the situation and understood where the problem was occurring. He took the the time explain what was happening and made sure he answered any questions I had. He explained the pricing and was very transparent. Within an hour, Kobe was able to get our AC properly functioning again. Great quality and effective service from both Empire and the technician!

We had a great experience with Empire. We were lucky to have been helped by a wonderful technician, Ray, who was very thorough and efficient. He took time to explain the issue and possible solutions, and was friendly and communicative throughout the service. We would highly recommend Empire!

It was 90 degrees, humid and both our upstairs and downstairs AC units were not working. Empire sent Terrance out to help us. He tested and repaired coolant leaks, and kept me apprised of the cost of each process as we went. Each step was approved with no surprises. Terrance was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our service.

I've really enjoyed my experience with Empire. I had a maintenance contract with another provider when I bought my home, and every visit with them left me feeling less than satisfied. They also tried to add on unexpected costs. The Empire service professionals I've had come visit are so personable and knowledgeable, and despite my system being old and needing to be upgraded, they're not pushy when I tell them I'm going to wait until it dies to make that purchase. They show up on time, and communicate well, and I'm overall very happy with them!

Service call made this morning about leaking condensation in our apartment. The condensation line was backed up. The technician arrived after a phone call telling us he was on his way. He fixed it and was on his way. Happy customer!

We had a floor vent moved to make room for a piece of furniture, and Bryce did an outstanding job. He somehow used the flooring he removed to cover the old hole. Very happy customer!
