Called Carter Sunday morning of a long holiday weekend and he came out within the hour to diagnose an issue with our furnace. Completely transparent with everything he did and provided very thorough explanation of what was happening. Price was very reasonable compared to other large service companies I've dealt with. Would highly recommend!

My ac was not cooling inside of my home. I contacted Champion and the technician arrived in 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and gave me the best price to make the repair. Coolray attempted to sell me a new system which was not needed. I appreciate these guys prompt arrival and honesty. That's hard to find these days

Impeccable to say the least. My restaurant heating systems weren’t keeping the dining area warm. Champion came out within 2 hours and were able to identify tue problem immediately. Both furnaces were back up and running expeditiously. The patrons are happy and So is the staff. We will keep these guys on speed dial. The team were nice and polite. The technician noticed a small leak in the water heater and also made that repair. 1,000 Stars

He made sure that he took his time and really figured out what was going on with my heating system and now I am finally warm and satisfied. He gave me a fair price as well. I had an excellent experience with this Champion when they replaced my furnace’s inducer motor. From the beginning, they were diligent and thorough, clearly explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. The communication was outstanding — prompt, clear, and honest.

Mr. Carter was recommended by a family member who recently had service with Champion HVAC, also with Mr. Carter. During Atlanta’s coldest winter this year, my heat went out, and I was extremely concerned. This company did not disappoint.

Mr. Carter came out the very same day. He took his time to thoroughly assess the issue and was patient in making sure I fully understood what the problem was. He explained my options clearly and advised me on the best resolution for my situation.

Champion HVAC is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I am beyond happy with the results. What truly stood out was that Mr. Carter personally called the next day to make sure I was still satisfied with my new unit. Needless to say, I am!

I have been a customer of Empire Heating and Air for more than ten years and have been very pleased with their services ! I rely upon them to conduct my bi- yearly fall and spring inspections and they kept me aware of any maintenance and repair issues. All of their technicians are professional and highly qualified. I am especially impressed with Chase. He is personable and was able to identify and resolve the issues. The office staff is very efficient in making appointments as quickly as possible.

From start to finish Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was able to schedule the appointment the next day when my A/C stopped working. The technician arrived around the time expected and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The issue was straightforward and started back up immediately after he replaced the fuse on the blower board. He also checked my filter to advise me that it didn't need changing. Based on this experience, I will definitely be using them again for future problems.

Terrance was at my home and he did an amazing job fixing our system. Thanks to him and the entire Empire staff for getting us up and running. They are such a pleasure to do business with!

I contacted Empire regarding an unsatisfactory service call from the previous day. I felt uneasy about the low level of service and unprofessionalism we had encountered, after all the stellar reviews we read before scheduling the visit. Well, 5 stars is the limit here but I wish there were more. First, THANK YOU to Tori who answered the phone and truly listened to me. She informed me she read my review, apologized for the trouble and transferred me to the owner, Martin. This guy was super. THANK YOU, Martin. He was empathetic and he was thoughtful in a rapid response. He took quick action by sending a new serviceman out who truly aligned with the company’s mission statement. EZEKIAL, thank you for a high level of service. He came in and explained in detail what his plans were and he executed. He was in my attic less than 5 minutes when my husband and I were elated to feel hot air blowing from our vents. However, he wasn't done. He handled business. I appreciate the team who handled our situation. This is why Empire has a 4.9. Believe it. They proved they operate at a high level. I appreciate the excellency. Keep it up! THANK YOU, AGAIN!

Taylor was great. Diagnosed the issue, explained the solution and came back as soon as the parts arrived. He was professional, kind and courteous. Communication from office staff was stellar on the scheduling front. Empire is a wonderful partner to have as a homeowner.

We started working with Empire after our previous vendor was acquired. Empire has been fantastic to work with. We purchased the maintenance plan and this week they were quick to respond to an AC issue (came next day). Thankfully, it was a relatively simple repair. The urgency in the response was crucial, as we are celebrating a graduation and having a party (and it was over 80 degrees in the house). We are very appreciative of the fast response. Both the office and technicians have been VERY COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL!!!
