I called today to see if someone could come look at my a/c unit , Justin called me back immediately letting me know that one of the guys would be able to come see what’s going on . Gregory called me maybe an hour later asking questions about what was going on && for the address because he was going to stop through to see exactly what was wrong in case he needed to grab equipment ! He stated he would come back later this evening after a previous appointment he had but would call me first , he called at 4:54 letting me know he was on his way back over to fix our a/c unit ,, he came && got the issue fixed within 30 mins ! EXCEPTIONAL WORK ,, EXCEPTIONAL RESPONSE && PROFESSIONALISM !!!! Thank you so much for coming && making sure our a/c was working properly !!!!

Had an emergency with my AC unit late in the day, Justin was very attentive to my request and showed up within an hr. Found out a part needed replacement, and came back 1st thing next morning. Answered all my questions clearly, I even learned a bit more about ACs from a quick conversation - highly recommend!

After a very frustrating experience with large HVAC companies that charge a service fee, refuse to do repairs, and trued to get us to buy a brand new HVAV system;
We found HOKE. Justin provided an HONEST diagnosis of our HVAC system, Repair and Price. HOKE will be my families future go to company for HVAC services!

My AC unit went out and needed servicing quickly. I believed it only needed free on so I called Hoke Heating & Air. When the tech came to service my AC unit he said it needed a small part. After he replaced the part he could have charged me for freeon, however he said all I needed was the part and my freeon was good. This company operates with honesty and integrity and has no complaints at the BBB. For a working female with limited funds Hoke gives good value for their prices and I will use their services again.

They are honest and very knowledgeable when it comes to air-conditioning heating and ventilation. Justin is very responsive, and his whole team has great customer service! I’ve referred all of my friends and family.

Mr. Hoke and Hoke Heating and Air did a fabulous job of diagnosing and fixing my 6-year-old A/C unit. My outside fan motor was acting erratically--sometimes it worked, but sometimes it failed to start up. Mr Hoke responded to my request within 24 hours, worked with the manufacturer to have a warranty motor delivered, and when he arrived at my home, did a full diagnosis and evaluation. It turned out that the fan motor wasn't defective. The motor capacitor was failing. Fortunately, it, too, was covered by warranty. Mr Hoke replaced the capacitor, examined my whole system and found no further concerns, and charged a VERY reasonable fee. Very professional. Since then, my A/C system has worked flawlessly through some of the hottest weather on record this Spring and Summer. I thoroughly recommend Hoke Heating and Air to anyone with an A/C or furnace problem requiring an experienced diagnostician. They really live up to their A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Had a heat pump go out (stopped cooling) and Mr Hoke came out promptly (same day) diagnosed a bad capacitor and had it working in no time! Fast, super friendly and affordable!! I’ll definitely go back to him if needed in the future. - James (Ryan) F.
