I was put in touch with them through my home warranty company. They called me on Monday and told me that they would come out on Tuesday. He specifically asked where the furnace was located and I told him in the crawlspace and asked that they call first. They did not come on Tuesday but did show up on Wednesday without calling first. The guy was so fat he couldn’t fit in the crawlspace which I had already told them about. They then canceled the order with my warranty company. Very unprofessional!

I called this company last month to assist me with my A/C unit. I know nothing about A/C units. Upon coming out, the technician (who has identified himself as the owner) said that my thermostat needed to be changed and my freon was low. I paid for the freon to be charged and ordered a new thermostat. The next month, I experienced the same issue with my A/C.

The technician/owner came out and told me that I needed a new A/C unit. He quoted me one price for cash ($3850) and another for financing ($4500). Upon checking his website I noticed that he advertised a 60 month finance option that was supposed to be the same as cash. I called the number on the website to verify the information and he then identified himself as the owner. He told me that based on where I lived, he knew that I was likely a first time homeowner and couldn't afford his "real" price, so he was trying to give me a break. I told him that I get estimates no matter what when the cost is over a certain amount. He told me that since I had such a problem then the price was $4500 no matter what. He told me that he really doesn't even work with people in the Lithonia area anymore because "they really can't afford my services." He also told me that he was running around and was trying to fit me into his schedule as a "favor" for my repeat business.

The fact that he was rude, his website didn't match what he was telling me, and that he misinformed me when he originally came out is why I rated him so low. Regardless of the other quotes, I won't return to him. I don't believe in paying to be treated rudely.

Ben and his crew came as promised. They did a great job installing both heaters in my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new unit. They are reasonable, professional and do a quality job.

It's Friday afternoon and I got home and realized the air conditioner was out... After calling several companies with no one being able to come out until Monday or tomorrow with a high weekend rate... I finally called Messiah within 2 hours they came out fixed it and we are cool. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Their number is now saved in my phone.

I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for Ben and his team at Messiah Heating and Air. I realized Friday night that my AC was broken and it was only getting hotter and hotter in the house. I thought that I was doomed with it being the weekend. I called around to several companies in town that I knew of and none of them would call me back. I called Ben and he said he would get right on it. I was blown away with his professionalism and willingness to get to the bottom of my problem. I am so lucky that I found this company. It is Monday morning and I am just received 2 call backs from companies I called on Saturday morning. That is not a way to run a business (especially when they claim to have 24 hour emergency service). Do yourself a favor an call Messiah if you have a problem. You will be thanking yourself! Came to replace a part on my HVAC and it’s been making noise ever since. He never came back to repair what he messed up. Very unprofessional job. I didn’t even get a print out of the fees. He just told me a price , took my money and never came back.

My AC was out for over 2 weeks, my home warranty company could not get anyone to repair. Messiah was able to repair within 1 hour. I was very happy with their service. Great Job. Thanks for getting our AC working again. I will refer you to my family and friends. Thanks
