Cant say enough good things about Air Necessities. Ken is one of the most honest and hardworking person you will ever encounter. I have bought 2 units from Ken over the past 10 years and whenever their is a problem he is over in a matter of a couple hours. Doesn't matter if its 4 of July and its 101 when the units goes on the blink...I know Ken will show up and fix my problem. Amazing businessman. His units saved me thousands over the big guys and have worked great. Thanks Ken!

Ken has been servicing my A/C for over 10 years ( it was 15 at the time when we found out about him). He was highly recommended thru our neighborhood website. He is as honest as they come. He has saved us thousands of dollars several times keeping the old unit going.

It's extremely tough to find a HVAC person who shows up on time and won't try and upsell you on something you don't need. Ken is that guy. He was prompt, polite, and clearly knows his stuff. He came through my unit to make sure my heating and air worked, explained my system to me, and helped me understand I don't need to replace my entire air system quite yet. I was told by another "reputable" air conditioning company that I needed to replace my system ASAP.
Ken explained the difference between my furnace life and air conditioning life, clearly explained all the parts of my heating and air system, and made recommendations for next steps. He was also kind enough to go up to my neighbor's condo and take a look at her system, which says a lot about him as a person too. I was blown away at how positive my experience with Ken was.

Air Necessities is an extraordinary a/c and heating company. Mr. Busch installed a new a/c about 10 years ago in my 36 year-old house. He came back about 5 years ago to replace a part under warranty. Today he replaced a control board in my 20 year-old heater. He took his time, triple checked his work, blew the dust from the area he was working in, and put in a new air filter. He is extremely nice, very competent, hard worker, dressed very nicely, and he is educated. I thought his price was very reasonable. When I called him initially, he called me right back. He showed up on time for my appointment. I trust him 100 per cent, and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I have called Messiah through the years for AC repair and have always been impressed with Ben and his crew - professional, timely, and knowledgable service. Ben is always honest and upfront and his prices are very fair. When it came time to replace the HVAC this year they were my first call. Our new system was installed in the space of a morning and is working great. Financing process was easy and straightforward. Highly recommend this company!

EDIT: Unfortunately, my wife and I just changed our filters, which had been replaced as a courtesy by Messiah on a subsequent visit - and 2 of the 3 filters in our house were on backwards. Shame on me for not checking Messiah's work, sure - but I was a new homeowner at the time.

I was initially happy with Messiah and gave a 5 star review - after this, I want to give a 1 star review. I've decided to average my two reviews to 3 stars and leave my original glowing review below. I would still recommend Messiah for their speed, but I can't recommend them for thoroughness.

Extremely rapid response time - my furnace stopped working on a Saturday in January but Ben at Messiah was there 2 hours after I placed my call. If I had chosen a competitor they would have come by on Monday - 48 hours later! Ben was courteous and quick, found the broken part immediately, and replaced it on the spot - all for a competitive price.

In short, my wife and I are extremely happy with our experience with Ben and Messiah Heating & Air, and plan to call them in the future for any issues we have with our HVAC. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this company. They first came out over a year ago to check my AC--the unit was old and inefficient, but at the time replacement simply wasn't an option for me. No hard sell, just friendly and helpful--and they did give me the best price for replacement of the several companies that came out. At Thanksgiving, my heat went out completely and I knew it was time to bite the bullet and replace it. The financing I got through Messiah was a lifesaver. They came out within a couple of days, replaced it all within a few hours, and threw in a new thermostat on the house. Now my place is super cozy and I know that what I'll end of saving on electric and gas bills will make it all worth it. Very pleased with the service, the friendliness and the efficiency!

Update: love this company even more. My elderly stepfather who is in assisted living lockdown owns a rental unit in my area. Twice Messiah has come out for repairs and they’ve always shown up within a few hours and handled them easily and inexpensively. Very trustworthy and very reliable. I always try to use locally owned, small businesses and Messiah is the perfect example of why.

Ben was very responsive and professional. Because I live close to his office, he didn't charge a trip fee. He is very trustworthy. I'll contact Messiah HVAC for any future issues.

Very professional. My air conditioner went out and he came out that day (Saturday) to assess the issue. I needed a new unit and he was very fair with cost of installation. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Messiah is a fast, phenomenal, and reliable small business. I used them in 2016 after buying a flip - they reworked the ducting, rebuilt the plenum, and crafted an easy-to-use register for replacing the air filters, all without breaking the bank.
I called them just yesterday regarding a different house and they diagnosed the problem (faulty condensation pump, gaping hole in a duct) and fixed the issues in a matter of hours.
Fast, honest, helpful, informative – and their repairs last. These are the kind of people you want to have in your contact list – even though you won't need to contact them often. :)

Really great service, came out quickly and repaired quickly at a decent price. It was an urgent fix due to it being so hot and having an elderly dog. Really appreciated.
