Ben was willing to come out on a Sunday night with the temperatures brutally cold to check out our furnace. He found it to be an electrical issue but then shocked me by saying he was not going to charge a service fee since I needed and electrician to fix a breaker issue. Wow!!! I called Ben on a Saturday night because my furnace went out. Temperature had dropped below freezing. This man was out with his wife, yet he called me back within minutes. Long story short, he came and fixed my furnace the next morning (early). Didn’t try to break the bank, just gave me what I needed. Ben promptly came to my home to check out my furnace during the recent cold spell on a Sunday afternoon. He was at my house within two hours of our initial phone call. He was able to diagnose the issue as an electrical problem quickly. He also returned to my house after the electrician visit to secure the furnace cover. Ben quickly answers phone calls and texts. I have been a customer of Messiah Heating for over 10 years give or take a year. Mr Ben is the most reliable and efficient service provider. This company has installed both of my heating and air conditioning systems. They have maintained the system over the years even changed out the filters and a light bulb or two. Whenever I have an issue I can always reach Mr Ben and he recognizes who I am. I can't sing enough praises for this company. We always want to favor the other fellow, but it's really great to know when one of our own is reliable and trustworthy and dependable. All of his service workers that have been to my home have always been respectable and kind. You just can't get that anywhere.
