This whole process was efficient, easy, and painless. Ben came to the house for an after-hours consultation on a furnace that was not working (user error, lol). The whole system was so old, that I decided to replace it. No upsell, the replacement was all my idea.

We scheduled the replacement within 5 days and now have a fully functioning heating and air conditioning system. The crew was skilled, and both furnace and AC were installed within one day. Looking forward to giving them repeat business!

Ben was recommended by a friend of my husband's and he was friendly and he installed a heater which was under a crawl space under our house. Once it was completed his worker tested it and it worked. He called the next day to see how it was going and most importantly he worked with us on the price of the heater and installation and we are pleased with the service and will use him again when we get ready to install an air conditioner.

Recently the compressor went out on my AC and Messiah came out for a service call the same day, assessed the problem, assisted with warranty claim info, and repaired my AC. Working with his team, they completed the job on time, showed a degree of care and customer service, and reasonably priced.

Quick, prompt service fixing a big leak in my HVAC system due to improper install by another company. Messiah can be trusted for both a reasonable quote and a quick turnaround, even during the dog days of summer!

Requested emergency services and the technician, whose name was Benjamin, was rushed and rude. For example, I asked him if he checked the filter and he didn’t. He literally turned the AC back on and left. When I requested a specific repair he refused and said I’d have to get on his schedule, which is confusing because I paid an expensive call fee to be placed on the schedule last minute? It feels like he came to collect a $150 call fee and leave. Would not rehire or recommend.

Response: Replacement was not recommended and it was not midnight. We were advised to get on his schedule for very basic checks/repairs. The tech said the system was operating fine before he left.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism, expertise and customer service of Messiah HVAC. Ben is phenomenal My furnace stopped working on a Sunday evening, when temperatures were dropping to freezing. The hvac company I have a service contract with did not respond to my phone calls, so I called Messiah and Ben came over within 30 minutes. He identified the problem in less than five minutes.Ben has over 25 years expertise and is knowledgeable about older units. rather than sell me a new unit, he went over my options and was able to find a part replacement for my older unit the next day. He also called to check on me to make sure the unit was working, and came over to Adjust the settings of my new thermostat. Once our warranty company contacted Messiah Heating and Conditioning they came out promptly diagnosed the problem. My air conditioner was up and running within 30 minutes.

My ac went out at one the hottest parts ithis summer. I called Ben on Sunday evening and he was at my house 30 minutes later. I had to replace my whole system but it was 17 years old, so it had a good run. He told me he could get my new ac installed the next morning. His team came out and were very nice and even installed my nest thermostat. Ben called and checked in with me several times to make sure the system was working properly. I would highly recommend them! They were timely, fair priced and very communicative.

Great and responsive service! Out AC went out while we were out of town and Benjamin as able to asset it the minute we got back. In less then 24 hours we had our new unit and were able to get out the heat. We worked with them 2 years ago and they replaced our capacitor to help us extend the life of our unit. This time we needed new a unit unfortunately. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service! I had a malfunctioning A/C unit, called the company late evening and Benjamin came early the next morning to fix it! He worked quickly and was able to build a replacement piping on his truck. he also suggested a monitor that will shut down my unit in the event of another leak. Price was reasonable, especially since it was an emergency call. Messiah will be my go-to for any HVAC issue I have going forward!

Today was the third time we have used Mr. Ben with Messiah, and his friendly fast service is second to none. Unfortunately this time our entire unit needed to be replaced due to the compressor going out and not being able to retrofit a new compressor.
