Everything was better than expected. I had an appointment and they called, said the technician was running ahead of time, and asked if it would be OK to show up early. Yes!
The technician, Donta, diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done to solve it. Now my 15 year old AC unit is running great. He has a good, pleasant, and professional demeanor. He also answered my other "by the way questions". I'll certainly call My Aire for any future service.

My Aire team was great throughout. There was a very short turnaround between requesting an estimate and them showing up. They understood my goal of replacing AC and furnace with Heat Pump and furnace. They are certified contractors in the Georgia Energy Rebate programs. The job was completed in 2 days with quality.
