Dynasty Heating and Air has done it again, this time for my son's home. As I stated before in a recent post after Dynasty Heating and Air serviced my home, they are by far the best HVAC company in the entire Atlanta Metro area. Chris Graham installed a new HVAC system is my son's home, everything was done in accordance with the proposal and at a very reasonable cost. Now my son and his family have peace of mind just like my Wife and me.

Amazing service! Our backs were up against the wall when our AC unit stopped functioning at the begin of a heat wave. I was referred to and called the Dynasty team for help, and they had a team member out to our house in a matter of hours! Chris made the fix quickly and at a more than fair price. Safe to say I’ll be using Dynasty from here on out.

I have been using Chris's services for many years but I made a HUGE mistake in asking my neighbor to fix my central unit which requires a motor since he does HVAC for the government. Well, after motor was put in and him changing contacts, etc....now the compressor wasn't cooling upstairs which he couldn't figure out why it's not working. Well, I had to call Chris and ask if he could come by and check it out. He pinpoint exactly what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Thank you so much Chris. I will not stray again. My Bad!! In short...if you have any HVAC problems, Chris (Dynasty Heating and Air) is the MAN!!!

Have used them twice and both services were great. On time, good communication, fair price, and good service. Had Chris as the tech both times and both times he was very professional and answered any questions I had.

I hire Dynasty Heating and Air to come out and fix my AC because it was not cooling properly. A guy came out and he added some Freon and done some other work. He told us that he will have it working great. However, the AC is worse than before he came to fix it. The lights dim each time the AC came on and we cannot regulate the temperature to cool the house. The AC stays on 80 something and even goes up to 90. We are sweating in the house and therefore have to use fans. We are so disappointed in the service. Their reviews must be from their friends and family , it simply cannot be for real ,because the service is horrible.

Outstanding service. The technician arrived as promised. He serviced my unit and changed my filters. He answered all my questions about how I could maximize my unit's performance.
