Overall, I was very impressed with American Energy Heating and Air. As everyone knows, dealing with heating and a/c issues can be time critical. My mother lives with us and our upstairs was without air conditioning. That quickly became a serious situation as the heat up there became suffocating. American Energy came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed us up in a jiffy. Fair price as well!
This was our 3rd time using and we’ve always been super happy! Strongly recommend!!

As a full time home inspector for 15 years, I am careful about contractor choices. There are a lot. I have known Mike with American Energy for about four years. He was my choice to make repairs on an air conditioner for a home that I sold last year. He was out within 24 hours of the call and had all the supplies to make repairs and tune up the system for the buyer. I will absolutely use him again. I refer him often when I get requests. As a side note, he and his wife also do a great job in supporting the local school system and the girl scouts in City of Decatur. I like supporting people who give back to the community.

I have used American Energy several times and each time the phone contact has been professional, helpful, and friendly. Twice they have come to my house for repairs - burned out heat strips and a bad float switch. Both times the technician arrived on time with all necessary parts and was quickly finished. We also used American Energy to replace the air ducts in our 70 yr old house - big shout out for Carl! The airflow is much improved throughout the house!

Thankful for American Energy and Heating being so responsive when my HVAC system was failing. I trust them because when I had issues with the system last year they suggested a low cost repair first before the more costly alternative of replacing my system. They could have made more money but instead did the right thing by attempting a low cost repair first.

They were very helpful with selecting a new system. I got multiple quotes from other companies and American Heating and Energy was very competitive as far as their pricing and did a great job installing a high efficiency system in my home. The new system cools my home more quickly and runs far less than my older system. Thanks to American Heating and Energy for their professionalism and responsiveness!!!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They helped me replace an AC unit in a very timely and professional manner. They even proactively shopped around to look for the best deal on my unit. This company does a great job and they have a very professional and responsive staff. I highly recommend American Energy & Air to anyone in the Atlanta area looking for HVAC repair or servicing. Best HVAC company in Atlanta and it's not even close!

Can't say enough good things about this company and it's owners, Michael and Kathleen. We originally asked Michael out for basic maintenance and help with some issues we were having in our new, old home. We received a reasonable quote and when Michael arrived to do the work, told us that upon further thought he had decided some of the proposed changes wouldn't be beneficial; definitely appreciated the honesty and savings! When the blower on our system decided to kick this summer, there was no question who to call. Michael came out as soon as possible and gave us what we feel was an honest opinion on the situation and several options for repair and replacement. We never felt pressured to make a decision one way or the other, and had many lengthy conversations with Michael and Kathleen, even after hours, about said options. They even brought us a portable A/C unit to use while we were taking time to make our decision - something we would never expect from a large company. Ultimately we decided to update our system and their team did a wonderful job; they were timely, respectful, friendly and clean. At this point we're dedicated customers. They're a true local company that really wants to help people and are delightful not only to work with but to talk to.

American Energy Heating & Air and I have been doing business for over 13 years. Kathleen, Mike and the team are always honest with the repairs that are needed. They are always very responsive in scheduling and getting repairs done. Mike has always been very helpful with repairing our old system, until it could be repaired no longer. He was very helpful in getting us the correct new unit for home at a reasonable price. His team was very efficient with the installation process and I look forward to American Energy doing the yearly maintenance on it. American Energy is the example of good business and many service companies could learn from them.

I found them working as a project manager for investors concentrating on high volume, quick turn over renovations- in this market American Energy is able to thoroughly and quickly assess, repair or replace systems in a very timely manner, efficiently and always within budget. They are able to offer a varied level of products and meet the high end client expectations- again timely, efficiently and within budget. Lastly, I have entrusted them with my own home, as expected they are always on time, neat, knowledgable, offer many options for repair or replacement, they know their products they stand by their work and they are always professional and available. I trust them, enjoy them and feel good about writing a check for their services. I have recommended them over and over with wonderful feedback. I recently had the pleasure of working with American Energy Heating & Air at my house in Decatur GA. The service I received was top-notch. I had an issue with an ignitor where that was causing the furnace to light sporadically, leaving us with long spans where we had no heat in the house.

From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. They were polite, attentive, and eager to help. What truly stood out was their ability to schedule a same-day appointment, which was a lifesaver given the recent cold snap.

They partially diagnosed the issue over the phone, showed up with the parts they thought they needed, and fixed the issue by replacing the ignitor in 30 minutes.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted my neighbors to be aware of my experience.

Having your cooling unit go down when it's 90 degrees outside is no fun. It was amazing to get technicians out within 3hrs of speaking on the phone even without an appointment. Friendly and courteous technicians who educated us on the issue and were replaced the part all within 30 minutes.
Hope nothing goes wrong anytime soon....
But if it does, I know who to call!

Simply awesome. Most important: best price we could find for our particular criteria for a new HVAC system, energy efficient; and Michael and Kathy were super thorough and responsive. The installation was efficient and professional. And they vow to stand by their work if there would be any problems. Couldn’t be better!

Had American come out and do maintenance on my two units Trey did a very good job. Very polite and knowledgeable. He discovered that my capacitor was going out on one of my units and suggested I put in a new one. Which I did so it was a little more expensive then I had hoped but it prevented an emergency visit!

I have had a maintenance contract with this company for quite a few years. But today the service was exceptional. Eric was friendly and thorough.

Excellent and friendly company. They did a great job on installing a new dual fuel heating and air system. The new system is far more efficient and effective. Highly recommend

I had two full HVAC systems replaced (two AC units outside and two furnaces in attic) by American Energy and it was a very good experience. I told Mike what I was interested in and he found the exact thing, making the cost lower than some other quotes. But price isn't everything. They were great about communicating with me during and after. I watched them go above and beyond fixing something in my house that was the fault of my home builder. It's also nice dealing locally. No hesitation recommending this company (and I will keep using them for future service).

I had a fantastic experience with Dynasty Heating and Air. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The technicians arrived on time, equipped with all necessary tools. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and explained the repair process thoroughly. Throughout the repair, they demonstrated a deep understanding of HVAC systems and addressed all my questions patiently.
Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also took the time to provide maintenance tips to ensure the longevity of my system. The level of customer service was exceptional; they were courteous, respectful of my home, and left the work area cleaner than they found it.

My technician Chris arrived early than expected and he looked at my heater and he knew exactly what was wrong with it he replaced the thermostat did everything in the timely fashion he was so courteous and nice I would refer destiny to any of my friends
