Service Tech prompt when he got the assignment. Presented himself friendly, professional. Informative and courteous. He cleaned and did preventive service on the dryer. The washer service was incomplete, had to order a part. Alex is an excellent service tech. I was elighted to have had him as my service technician. Alex returned on 1/27/26 and installed the part for the washer. Checked the appliance for proper functioning. At present it appears to be functioning properly. Awesome work Alex, thank you.
When I applied for the warranty, I stated that the automatic valve of the air conditioner was not working. However, after he came to my house and saw the situation, he said that he was in charge of the air conditioner and not the valve and left. He said someone else would come but there has been no word yet and the air conditioning valve still doesn't work. They promised to send a new technician and took the money. But I haven't heard anything back yet.

Alex C was the best appliance repairman we’ve ever used. Came in, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Very personable and friendly man.
We"ve been waiting since Feburary for them to get our heat pump/furnace back online with multiable technician reschedules. The one that did come who could not resolve the issue, they sent him back to the house three weeks later. A I voicemail will not connext you to a live person to explain the problem.
