The customer service at this establishment is really the Pits! The girl who gave me my filters didn't put them in a Box and they when I asked her for a Box she simply put the Box on the floor and said, " here you go". When I go to Ferguson or United they bring me my filters in a Box every time and they always Place the filters by the front door or by my truck depending on how many I buy. I buy hundreds of filters every month so Baker is going to lose the potential of tens of thousands of thousands of dollars every year because of 1 act of Horrible customer service

The guys were extremely helpful. I’m a novice when it comes to HVAC— was informed by a certified technician that a particular part was needed in order to have my parent’s AC running. Based on that advice, my ignorant self stumbled upon the boys at Baker. The staff there took time to find the right part, give me very clear and specific instructions, and equipped me with enough knowledge and confidence to perform the repair myself— they save my folks a ton of money with their time to inform and instruct. Great experience!!!
