I have only been relocated here for 4 months . With a little tweeking of the Computer Program System , everything is working out well .
I am now looking forward to the usages of the BTU system used for heating . The better is yet to come .

Please multiply those 5 stars by 100. I have never experience such exceptional service EVER!!!. My AC went out on Wed night JULY 3, the day before the holiday, and these guys worked late into the night until my family had AC.. Their work is above par, the people are prompt and courteous and their pricing is fair. Please support this business.. They are worth the investment of your hard earned money!!!

Every now and then you come across a business that is truly exceptional. That is the case with Next Level HVAC and specifically Jonathan. Though our home warranty company seemingly did their best to make having our main level HVAC system repair a painful process, Jonathan went above and beyond to take care of us. He genuinely cares about his customers. This is a company I wholeheartedly recommend and won't hesitate to use again if we have issues in the future.

Poor communication. Don’t come when they say. No communication with our home warranty company. Been without air for two weeks. Why?????

Freeman heating and air came out on time and performed a service check up on a system on one of my rental properties that was not giving off heat he came when he said he was going to come and I was very happy and he did not overcharge me I will use them again

He was late arriving gave ok price which was lower than the others. He worked slow he said 2 days it took 5days. He put holes in wall and refused to repair them. He at the end promised a receipt it has been two days and no receipt or copy of warranty. He left a mess in backyard contract he was supposed to remove old unit. He wanted 50 dollars additional. Not a good experience.

This Company is very responsive and professional. They came out and gave an estimate on a new system. They are very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. They installed a new unit. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. I'll recommend them to anyone in the area.

On April 1st Freeman heating and air came and replaced my upstairs air unit with care and professionalism. This service was much needed.Gary and his team was great for I will always use them for my heating and air.

Great experience!! I called Mr. Freeman 8:00am Wednesday morning and his team was at my house by 10:30am and had my unit fixed in under a hour! Very efficient and professional.

Paid an $85 fee for a 10min assessment that wasn't thorough or complete. He seemed preoccupied with entertaining whoever he left in the car. It would have been nice if he had actually looked at my AC unit outside😐. He should drop his coming out price to $50 if he wasn't prepared to work.
