Gary Freeman and his team were great. Our 20+ year-old furnace died on us a week before Christmas, and he was able to come over the next day to replace our system. Despite a slight delay in arriving due to the rain, he and his team stayed until 9 pm working diligently to ensure that we got heat back in our house. He was professional and dedicated to getting the job done. I'd recommend this small, local business to anyone who needs HVAC needs.

Outdoor temps are now in the mid 90s, and the air conditioning system at one of our rental properties in Cartersville stopped working properly last Monday. I called Freeman to schedule a repair. They said the soonest they could do it was today (Friday), four days later. Then this morning I received a brief text saying my job was cancelled, with no explanation given. When I called, they said, "Sorry, we're an hour and a half away, and we won't be able to do the job today." They should have let me know long before today. Now I have to start the process all over again and find another company to do the work, while the inside temperature is over 85 degrees. Unacceptable!

Addended note to Freeman: You left a voice message for me less than 20 minutes before I called you to ask why you cancelled. No "multiple attempts" were made.

Excellent company! I had warm air from my AC blowing from the vents when they arrived and cold air after they completed their work. Very knowledgeable, honest, and great work done all around. Use this company for your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed.

This company has been one of the best that I have worked with on getting my air conditioner serviced. They were a great price. Professional, easy payment options and on time. They text you when they are in route and when the work is complete. They did not try to upsell me or do any unnecessary work. They will be who we recommend to our neighbors.

For anyone looking for HVAC services, look no further! My AC stopped on a weekend in the middle of summer on a 97 degree day! I contacted several companies but Freeman was by far the most professional and responsive company. They ordered the equipment and got my AC up and running within a few days. The install team was super respectful and professional. I am so grateful to them!

I have time. I would give a zero if an option /The company I was referred to use by warranty company is Freeman Heating and Air Jonesboro rd Forest Park GA . They were assigned /& scheduled to service my A/C unit but Never showed and made zero contact to advise after I left several messages . I have never received poor service to this extent . And I recommend anyone in need of any service this company provides to choose annyone else but this one they are 100% unreliable untrustworthy .

NEVER SHOWED!! Earliest appointment 1 week out, called MULTIPLE times trying to confirm. Never returned any calls. Bad service. Bad communication. Don’t know why Sears uses this company! Stay away. Save your time, money, and piece of mind. ZERO stars.
