Freeman Heating and Air was referred to me by my Best Friend. His services are amazimg. Well priced, quick response time, professional, honest and reliable. After being price gouged by several companies it is refreshing to have been referred to Freeman Heating and Air. He even works on Sunday's😀. Thank you to the entire team at Freeman Heating and Air.

Don't waste your money. We spent 85 bucks to get them out here only for them to tell us to spray our ac box with a hose. The problem was not fixed and although they say 24/7 they would not come out to finish their initial job for three more days. And that was just to be told to replace a fuse and that I could buy it at a store. 50 bucks in fuses later and the problem still wasnt fixed to which they replied that they would need to charge us again to come back out. We called somebody else rather than wait for these people to give a damn.....Wow so y'all are gonna lie on here too. My husband never said we would do it ourselves I was standing right there and asked the guy myself if he carried the fuses in his truck and he said no y'all can go to home depot and get it yourself. We were not given the option to pay for him to get the fuse and pay for the labor of installing them. We did not want to do any of this ourselves that's why we called what we thought would be professionals. Y'all didn't do the job right the first time that's why we were not going to pay for y'all to come out again. We would never expect yall to do more labor or supply a part without paying. But again we were never given that option. We were told to it it ourselves. We sat in the heat for 3 days because y'all didnt do the job right the first time. . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Gary owner of Freeman Heating & Air has
been there when I needed him on several
occasions. My wife and I own rental properties
and Gary has fixed issues with heat in the winter air conditioning in the summer and has on occasion
when needed replaced the system. His prices are
fair and reasonable and he knows his profession.
I was in Alaska and a renter called with an issue
with the AC. I called Gary, he said text me the
renter name address and phone number and tell
them I’m going to call them to schedule a time to come by. The same day Gary went by and repaired
the unit and the renter was happy. I sent a cash app
for the repair and continued my vacation. This is
one example and there are others. Bottom line
Gary Freeman (Freeman Heating & Air) is the man
for all your HVAC needs.

Freeman heating and air got the job done! My house was super hot and now it’s cooling off very good! Who knew the unit outside needed to be cleaned to keep the air blowing cool? I didn’t! I had an AC fan motor that stopped working. Freeman Heating and Air were able to assess the AC unit same day and were able to purchase parts and repair everything next day. Freeman Heating and Air were professional and communicative and I would recommend for future work.

I’ve been dealing with a clog condensation line for years during the summer time. I’ve dealt with several AC companies through out that duration and no one ever said the wrong p trap was installed. Something as small and simple as that and they all missed it. Mr. Freeman came in immediately and recognized the problem after some troubleshooting. Mr. Freeman was very proficient and professional.

My home warranty company sent them out to repair my air. First, he was hours late when he arrived he was there less than an hour and fixed NOTHING! My air is still not working, and neither the warranty company nor I can get a return call. NEVER USE, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Came home to find my AC wasn't running outside. Saw the reviews for Freeman and gave them a call. Came next day and handled my issue on the spot. Reasonably priced and professional. Would definitely use them again.

I had an old furnace diagnosed AND changed out in 2 business days. The charge was a lot less than what most businesses offer, too. HVAC companies are usually horribly dishonest nowadays, so hopefully I've found a go-to I can rely on this time. So far so good!

I am so happy with Mr. Freeman and his AC work was impeccable! In Georgia it gets so hot and there is no way my family can exist without air. So I was very upset when our air went out. I went on my neighborhood Nextdoor App and asked for recommendations and overwhelmingly everyone said Mr. Freeman ! And he did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend you to use their service. They are efficient and effective; you LL get the needed results. They have changed my zoning board (installing); clean my unit outside, put new thermostat and add Freon at affordable price.... I m happy to see all things are working well .... Mr. Freeman and his crew installed new ducts and heat pump systemi my basement. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Him and his crew performed a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. He was very responsive and delivered as promised. His price was quite reasonable. I would recommend Freeman Heating and Air.

I have used this company twice in 2 years. Every time has been pleasant with prompt service, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems that was used to give an honest assessment of my issues and all viable solutions. No one tried to exaggerate any problems to force me to spend more money as all other companies have done when called out. They simply told me the problem, gave me all viable options, and left the decision up to me. Freeman HVAC has done all they could do to help quickly fix any issue that I called them about. They are the only ones of about 10 companies that I called that were honest. Save yourself a search and wasted money on people in and out of your home charging fees to assess an issue, lie to you about solutions, then try to drastically over charge.

Our furnace went out Christmas night. I called several different companies but no one could come until a week later (during below freezing weather). Freeman came out on Boxing Day to assess and the very next day with the part! They also charged a reasonable fee for the work done on an older furnace and did the job as quickly as possible.

Awesome company. Ray and his staff traveled a couple of hours to come to install a HVAC unit in new construction. They were highly recommended and I am definitely glad I used them. They do quality work and also finished in a timely manner. I am pleased with the work they have done so far. Ray, thank you and your staff for your dedication and agreeing to do the job. Freeman and his staff are the best! I was calling around for quotes and he offered me the best price, great service, and a warranty on all the equipment installed. All the other companies said it’d take weeks to send someone out but Freeman had someone out the next day! If you’re looking for someone to get the job done look no further!

Poor communication, and average service.
Used it through a home warranty company but found them very unresponsive even on the service scheduled day. Finally ended up cancelling the service request after waiting on unresolved issue for 4 weeks in hot summer.
