Royal Flush gave me excellent service again! This time it was a huge job. They had to replace about 16-20" of sewer pipe in my yard because it had gotten blocked by a tree root! The job ended up costing about $3700 total, and they offered 12 month financing. But for about 3 days of work and everything they had to do, I thought that was reasonable. Technician Edward was very professional and kept us informed at each stage of the project.

Abdullah was very generous and understanding of our problem. He was quick with the job and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone because they are professional and always willing to work with the customer.

Royal Flush is my go to plumbing service provider. They are ALWAYS responsive, professional, timely, and reasonable. Anything that simplifies my life is my preference and Royal Flush is always a 1 time solution for me. Jose was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I probably could have replaced the product for close to the repair price, but the fact that I’d spend time researching and shopping for a new product, then manage the logistics of installation made it wise for me to repair the product since Royal Flush was in my home in 24 hours. Time and money well spent, I think.

Troy came back today and made the repairs he had identified as necessity during his last visit. There were some fairly complicated issues involved but Troy got the job done. As always, I am very pleased with the service provided by Royal Flush.

Same day service. Repairman was very professional, on time and installed the toilet in a timely manner. Cleaned up the work area and removed the old toilet from the premises. Our issue was the result of a poor installation by whoever the county contracted to replace the water meters. Stuart arrived well within the time range stated and shared a lot of knowledge while he promptly and professionally fixed the problem. The cost seemed kind of steep for what had to be done but, admittedly, I didn't shop much with a water emergency on my hands. When you need a plumber, you find the team that will deliver and you just pay them. Our service was restored in a couple of hours because Stuart knew exactly what parts and procedures to use. After Gainesville Water alerted me first thing in the morning that my water had been running continuously for 24 hours, I requested help from one of there advocates “Mr Williams”. He responded within minutes and detected the broken pipe at the main line into the house. I had used the services of Royal about 2 years before and was very pleased with their “same day service”, professional technicians and all around good work ethics, so called for help. Ahman stayed in touch with me (2 hr window), arrived, kept me apprised of cost depending on how extensive the repair was and after digging to find the broken pipe, had to cut through the concrete basement wall, repaired, cleaned up and certainly gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing and their very knowledgeable team who appear to (at least in my case) go above and beyond to help & keep their customers,

I called Royal Flush for my home plumbing repair because they did such a great job for my local church (Good Shepherd Presbyterian). I had an outside leak in the main line. They came out next day after I called. After much digging trying to locate the leak, I wound up replacing the whole line. Now I feel this new line should last me another 10-20 years. I’m going to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Ask for Jose when you call. He did a great job for us!

Drake did an AWESOME JOB....had a major issue....he worked all day to get my water back on in the rain storm we had a few weeks ago....I hope Royal flush realizes what a great employee he is....they need 50 more just like him...

Another fantastic experience - or as fantastic as it can be for a plumbing job. Kris showed up on time and quickly assessed my needs and went about taking care of three projects for me. I now don’t need to worry about pinhole leaks in two giant sections of my home and now have a new shutoff valve for my hot water heater. Kris worked about 11 hours in my unit and remained polite the whole time and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much!

Excellent job all around for a lot of work. We had a malfunctioning pressure valve, water heater that needed maintenance and more. They got me an estimate and came back the next week to get it done. Excellent service, very polite guys. They even helped tighten a toilet and shower for free when they heard some small issues at the end
