I have used central septic before and was very satisfied but I would say on their visit on 11/24 i was not happy.i spoke with the tech who came and did the work who was supposed to pump the tank but another issue occurred with grease blocking the line.i paid the $400 for the pumping then an additional 300 for the grease blockage.it’s only about 3 weeks and the tank is full.the tech told me about the drain field over conversation over the phone but not while he was onsite.i then told the tech that I am aware the drain field has to be done as other companies have told me but the tank has never filled within 3 weeks that is why I don’t believe he pumped the tank.i will say this will be my last time using central septic and plumbing..dissatisfied customer…

Did a great job and at fair price with no surprises! Crew was courteous and professional! They gave a flat rate quote and didn't try to add on extra charges! They were everything they advertised! No other company was willing to give me a quote over the phone but Cental did !! They were punctual and very knowledgeable! I was pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing this service

Good customer service. Office is attentive to my inquiries and technician called before they arrive. They clean my septic filter and pumped all the solids inside the tank.

Quick work, excellent price for the work rendered. I noticed an issue and they were able to pump, immediately diagnose, and fix it all in half a day. I will absolutely be using them in the future for all of my septic needs.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY KNEW THE RAIN WAS COMING AND YET THEY DID IT ANYWAY. THE OWNER THREATNED ME AND TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T PAY HIM HE WAS GOING TO DIG UP EVERYTHING.. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM. BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM. THEY DESTROYED MY YARD AND FENCE..

I hired this company to do a new installation of a septic system. Upon completion of the job, they didn't let me know they had completed the job the day before. I went to the site the following day and noticed the new driveway I poured the week prior was cracked. I also could see the tracks from the machine going across the driveway. I called Michael to let him know about it. He stated being really nasty on the phone and then hung up. His wife then texts me and says that they are filing a lien for their balance if I don't pay them. I had to pay to repair the driveway after being extorted by this company. Do not use them, they have no honor.

I recently had a problem of backup and slow draining and my plumber friend told me the issue is on my septic tank. So I called this Central company for septic tank service since they are only few distance away from my home in Snellville. They opened the tank and found out that it had full of solids and my mainline had grease buildup. Shortly, they manage to breakdown the solids and pumped all the way to the bottom. They also clear the line for just small amount of price. Thank God the issues is gone! I am glad that I found this company online.. highly Recommended!

Just want to take a short review about my experience with Central Septic that made me impressed. I was hesitant at first because they charge $400 for septic pump in my home at Snellville. I thought that I need to pay more for the labor and digging but they explain that the price is already included overall. They empty the tank and the disposal fee was also included on the price. I had extra an cash so I decided to include installing riser. They install it well and they also gave me discount for paying cash. This made me happy and I recommend them!

They told me it was a free estimate, but when the two workers showed up, they said it would cost $1,200. I told them I needed time to think about it. Then they asked me for $250, and I refused. After that, they took a lots pictures from my house and said their lawyer would contact me.
Everyone please be careful with this company.

Central Septic was great! I called them for an inspection for a house my clients had under contract. They were super easy to work with. They called to let me know they were an hour away and showed up with a smile on their faces. They were very informative and helpful. They answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
