The crew/employees were prompt coming much much early then expected. They very concerned about our issues. Cost reasonable with the understanding of an financial situation we just pay off because of 2 other emergencies in the home. Only 2 years of residencies because of your crew explained why. This company was unprofessional I am having a plumbing issue and they were supposed to come out and fix the issue but the guy called and said “I will get a plumber out to you shortly” hours later I never heard back so so I called and left a message no response. I called again and was put to voicemail. I called again from another phone number and he then answered the call only to say “I don’t no what to tell you and then he hang up. We are currently dealing with a blockage plumbing issue where we cannot use any toilets in the house, we cannot take a shower or use the kitchen sink because it floods the downstairs bathroom where feces and sewer water is coming from the toilet and bathtub then it’s leaking out into the hallway. I ended up calling my rental company back and they sent out a new plumbing company “Complete Tenant Finish” this man drove 1hr and 15mins away to come and fix the issue it currently 11:00pm and this company is out here here helping me. Sorry but Central Septic is terrible.

Several companies had told me it could not be done. There were so many physical obstacles...so little room to work. But Central Septic made it happen!! They added a new drainfield with a diverter valve so the old drainfield can be utilized again in the future, which was so important since we have no more land for drainfield. I don't believe I have ever had such a pleasant experience where everything went so smoothly. It was a pleasure meeting and working with MIke and his team. I'm so so grateful for them.

I was looking for a septic tank company to help install a new septic tank. Central septic tank and plumbing pop up and I email them a quote. They quickly email me back and told me the prices and it was an affordable price. They came three days after and it finish on that same day. Their customer service was excellent. This company not only broke my patio but dug so close to a 100 year old tree that it needs to come down. They have cost me $5k in damages and refuse to acknowledge it.

When I called and spoke to the owner Michael, I began calmly explaining the patio situation. A situation I had already brought to his attention via email and he ignored. He began yelling saying that the patio was an old crack and I was lying. He then hung up on me when I yelled back at him.

I had them out for a routine system pumping service. They were done in less than an hour, were very friendly and informative, and respectful of the property. I would definitely recommend, and will be using them again for my next service.

What a great company to work with! Experienced, professional, and expedient! Carter and Triston were very knowledgeable when they arrived on site and explained our plumbing issue thoroughly before beginning the job. After they finished, they made sure to go back over the site as best as possible due to the previous rains causing so much mud.

Best septic company! Technicians were straight forward explaining the repairs needed. Septic repair was completed without any problems and with reasonable price. I tell my families and friends to hire this company if they will have a septic problems.

I purchased a new construction on 09/30/2021 with a Septic System. I had my home serviced by Central Septic last October 2024 to get pumped out for the first time and to install a part T baffle that was recommended for $750. This July year I began having problems with my plumbing. I called a plumber, and they told me that my problem is with the septic system. I immediately called this company and was greeted by an Indian customer service representative, who said that he would leave a message with a tech to call me back. Shortly after that, I started to get sewage backing up into my home. I called again, and the same representative stated that he would leave a message. On the next Monday morning, I called early, and the same representative answered, eventually giving me the owner's number, Michael. After three calls, he returned my call. He was stating that my septic system could be full again. I asked how that is; that doesn't make any sense. He was looking for another paycheck. I stated that it isn't good business and that I will give them a horrible review because they're not honoring their work. He was like, "Do whatever you like!" So, I filed a horrible review not only with Google, but also with the BBB. After they noticed the review on Google, they called, trying to cooperate. They sent someone out to two young guys who said that my system looks good, there's nothing to do. However, you should leave the cap off your system if your problems happen again. I was like well, Sir if you don't see a problem that I guess I'll say thanks. He was like Just call if your problem happens again. The next day I got a text from the owner asking me to delete my original review because he had men to come out and service my system, may or may not have pumped my unit. I said yes, I would, and I deleted the review. Unfortunately, today, 07/26/25. I was doing my normal weekend cleaning, washing clothes, etc. My husband noticed the pipes began to rumble and shake he immediately went outside to look at the system, and sewage was pouring out onto the grass. I immediately called the owner again. He said, Ma'am, this is my cell phone I said I know. I still have it from before, and Infact I stepped outside on the lawn where the septic is, and it's damp. I'm having the same issue. He was like Call the office and get an appointment for us to come back out. I did. Then I received another call from Michael, he was like I'm sorry, we're not going to service you because you reported us to the BBB. He accused us of being scammers. A nurse, and my husband, an Automotive Mechanic who purchased a brand-new house in 2021. Now I'm having to hire another Septic company to come and fix whatever they did wrong. I had to repost; Customers BEWARE!

The company came out a provided a routine septic cleaning. After the job was done we noticed a crack and the company came back out repaired the crack and made sure to repack the dirt and make the area neater. The second technicians that came out were kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your reasonable prices and making sure the job was done. Big thanks for taking care of my home.
