Excellent service & work. Had 2 toilets replaced. Installer Mr.Halas was very professional,he did amazing quality, & clean work. Was very satisfied with end results.

We got Bynum & Sons info through Home Depot for a plumbing project. From the first interaction to the last they were top notch and nothing less than amazing! Walfree and his team were great. Walfree communicated with us through the whole project as we were waiting for the part and came out right away to get our job done to make sure we had hot, running water. He was very quick and efficient and gave the job 100% even down to the last detail!
I would give them 10 stars if I could and recommend them for any plumbing job you may need in the future! Great work Walfree and Bynum & Sons. He is a great asset to your team!

Mr. Scott Bynum and Walfre of Bynum & Sons responded promptly to address the delay in hot water from our recently installed tankless water heater. They contacted Rinnai, the manufacturer, and implemented their recommendations, which resulted in a significant improvement in hot water response time. Their service was excellent, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Bynum & Sons for tankless water heater installation and service.

The work itself was done correctly and professionally. The valves were installed properly, and everything functions as it should. That said, I was surprised by the pricing — $150 per valve felt high for what was required, especially since this came up after the bathroom was already put back together following flooring work. Granted I had already paid nearly $400 for the plumbing labor removal/install thru Home Depot to have my floors done. I have two more Bathrooms I want done and and it made me think hard about that.

The technician was efficient, but not particularly personable, and there wasn’t much discussion or flexibility around the cost. If the pricing is standard, it would be helpful to be more upfront about it ahead of time. Overall, solid workmanship, but the cost left me feeling less satisfied than I expected.

I called to ask for an estimate and was told very politely and professionally what it might be, and they even advised me on possible alternate solutions. A+

Gary showed up on time and fixed my broken pipe for exactly the amount that he told me he was going to charge.

Gary helped me solve the issue without even coming out..which he didn’t have to do. He saved me countless dollars and I’ll be sure to call him when I have an issue I can’t easily fix.

Called to schedule an appointment a few mins ago and my first words to the man who answered the phone were "Good afternoon Sir, how are you doing?" His response was "you are calling a f****ing bussness a**hole!" Why would anyone want to do this business with some one with such horrible service and attitude!

The waterline cracked just on the house side of the water meter. I called and the gentleman stated he does not work outside of the home. I think he should change the company to Gary’s INDOOR Plumbing Services.

This was a tough hot water heater replacement and Gary's Plumbing did a great job.

I like Gary because he spends my money like it's his own and doesn't sell you things you don't need. It's hard to find trustworthy repair people these days!

Older gentlemen that was very knowledgeable about plumbing and fixed our leaky washer connector for a new washer once the house is sold. I highly recommend Gary, both on time and fixed the issue in an hour.

Gary re-plumbed and installed new dishwasher. When the old dishwasher was removed he discovered that the composition board under the dishwasher had rotted due to leaks. We replaced the floor and completed the install. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and the dishwasher was working. Pleasant guy, knowledgeable and priced fairly.
