The company, Bynum and Sons Plumbing, who installed my water heater were outstanding. They were very patient as my internet went down so I had to use a hotspot to pay, and I had to clear the payment with my bank as well so it took time to troubleshoot these issues. I’ve used them before through Home Depot so I will continue to use them in the future.

Had nothing but top notch service. Received a date and time the plumber was to arrive as well as a picture of the plumber so I knew whom to expect. He was polite, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Needed water heater replaced and they installed next day after online order. Plumber had to redo pipes to install and completed very professionally. Great job…fast, efficient, friendly.

Bynum and Sons Plumbing, Inc provided great customer service and worked extremely fast to help! I was in the hospital with my oldest son and my mother called me saying the water heater went out while she watched my youngest son at home.From the really nice Lady who worked as the overnight agent(sorry I don't remember your name) who took my call to getting Walfre and his team out to my house on the scheduled day. Walfred was very helpful and his team was able to come earlier and installed my new water heater..even provided a post installation picture to me as well! Highly recommend Bynum and Sons Plumbing!!

Bynum and Sons install a new water heater in our home and they did an excellent job. The old water heater from 2004 look like it was from a horror movie. The newly installed unit was done quickly, same day service, and the technicians were polite, professional and punctual… Thanks for explaining everything about the unit and the installation process… I would definitely employ Bynum and Sons again and recommend them to my family and friends…

Excellent service, what I was really impressed by honesty and knowledge of the plumbers that arrived. I had a previous plumbing company come and look at my problem, but didn’t spot the main issue and would have cost me more money in a long run.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Bynum and will continue to use them in the future.

My experience with Bynum & Sons was smooth and hassle free. Halas did a great job installing a toilet I purchased through Home Depot. He was efficient and hauled away the old toilet. Would recommend again for sure.

Luis was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what and how things would happen and why. He worked until the unit was installed, checked all connections inside and out. He then checked to ensure the unit was working properly as well as the warranty. I would recommend and request him again.

Bynum & Son's recently came to my house to install a toilet. Upon inspecting the new tank it was found to have a deep gouge on the front. I returned it and got a new one and the installer arranged his schedule and came back that very day to complete the job.

On time service call and he had everything need to complete the job, including a extra part to fix our water pressure. Our service tech did such a good job it's amazing.
