Great service. Sean was very professional and explain things in an easy to digest manner. He gave a quick and thorough inspection and offered me all my choices and did a wonderful job 10 out of 10 will call again.

Was rude, condescending, did not try to fix my problem. Only wanted to sell me a water heater. Wasn’t a real plumber, just a water heater salesman. Called a real plumber today and he fixed my problem in less than an hour. Inexplicably destroyed my pilot light window for no reason at all.

Sean did a great job! He came on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and was super friendly and easy to work with. His price was also incredibly reasonable and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I definitely will use this business for all of our plumbing needs.

Sean was amazing. We had our water heater completely go out and need a replacement over the weekend. He promptly answered the phone on a Sunday and even offered to come out that evening after he returned from his army reserve weekend. We definitely appreciated his offer come by so quickly. He was able to give us a range for an estimate over the phone which was extremely helpful to know what to expect (most companies wouldn't do this for us). He came out on Monday, on time and had the best price for a new water heater and labor. Everything has been working great. I would definitely recommend him and would use the company again if the need arises. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

Sean was able to come to our house on the day we called him, and helped us solve an issue with our pipes and water pressure that had us worried about using our water. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Also, he did not try to upsell us on other things not related to the issue he was there to address. Water heater busted in the early evening and Stars and Pipes answered my inquiry that night. Not only did Sean assist in getting the situation under control he answered all my questions ( which i always have a ton). I would definitely recommend this company.

Update: 5/8/2024. Sean completed the work we agreed on. He is very meticulous and takes pride in his profession. It came through on his thoughtfulness to add a spigot from the water heater line, which allows me to use a hose to wash down the garage floor (water heater is in the garage). I also liked when he found an unexpected issue with one of the drains that he took the time to explain it to me and what would be the best solution. Very pleased with this plumbing company. Had the best prices of everyone I called... It's a small family-owned company, so the person I spoke to on the phone is the same person that came out and did the work. LOVED that he wore booties without even being asked (plumber shoes are gross and I cannot believe that some of the other companies that came out to give me an estimate did not even have booties with them). He was knowledgeable, professional, fair and honest. He communicated well and answered all of my questions and had a great attitude. Will definitely use him again.

Great communication and price is very fair. I had sick kids so had to reschedule and they were so nice and accommodating. Zero complains with service- I was surprised how clean the space was after he fixed the toilet. The guy even helped install the bidet that’s been sitting on my bathroom floor for months- above and beyond! Toilet is now thriving. Will be my go to for future needs.

Sean from Stars and Pipes is 100% the guy you want to show up when you have an issue. He showed up within hours of reporting a leak/no hot water concern to my property management company. He explained his diagnosis with me clearly and concisely and identified a core issue that was causing a repeat concern. He replaced my hot water heater, corrected improperly repaired pipes, and replaced the water regulator due to my pressure being out of range.

There's a clear difference between him and others. You can tell he knows his trade and couldn't be more polite and driven.

This is the definitely of great, solid work. The area was cleaned to a point I couldn't tell he was there and left it better than it was before. That's a man that takes pride in his work and took the time to do the job right the first time.

Sean came to our house in the evening, almost 8 pm, to fix a main water leak that night. He is an earnest and forthright communicator and knows what he is doing. He explained what needed to be done and executed - all the while taking care to protect our house. We heartily recommend Stars and Pipes.

I contacted Sean because I had a leak in the main waterline going up to my house. He put me in contact with a company that was able to find the leak. Sean clearly explained what all my options were and I decided to have the main waterline replaced. He came out and replaced the waterline with minimal intrusion to my day. The price was fair, the job was done in a reasonable amount of time and turned out great. Sean is very professional and his communication is excellent. I highly recommend Stars and Pipes Plumbing.
