Cannot even comment on their workmanship. Called, emailed, called again about our slow leak dripping from the second floor to the first. They promised to come out. We're still waiting.

I haven’t personally used this company, but when I was calling places because the plumber I had didn’t keep their word about the time, I called this place. They got back to me which is always a great sign and were very friendly over the phone. Will try in future.

My spouse scheduled several appointments for small plumbing jobs & was stood up. Not even professional enough to be given a phone call! Will not recommend them to anyone!

Brad has come out to my house a couple times over the past year for an assortment of plumbing issues that arise in an older house. Every time he is able to take care of the problems quickly and effectively!

Highly recommend! After a week with no hot water, they were finally able to get us up and running. Several other plumbers gave us the run around but not these guys. Very grateful!

They cut a hole in my drywall and quoted some work. I said I was ready to approve and pay. They sent a different guy to do the work on the agreed day. He “went to get some tools” and never returned. Zero follow-up. The owner is great, but the new workers are terrible. Never again.

Northlake Plumbing is professional , prompt and pleasant. They recently installed a water heater. They have done 2 other jobs in the past 3 years. I am very pleased with their work.

Called on Tuesday and they were out by Thursday. David came in assessed the issue and fixed it promptly. Was here maybe an hour or so. Did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. Would use Northlake again in a heartbeat. 6/5

Two visits, same problem not fixed. Told my husband that he could repair the shower valve himself, just go to Ace hardware(this was the second visit). I made a plea to my community of neighbors and they recommended Tim Chen. Within 1 1/2hrs, same day I called, problem resolved.

I can't say enough good things about Northlake Plumbing! We had an emergency with a toilet made worse because my husband has been sick and home on IV antibiotics. I called several "24 hour"plumbers who either did not answer, did not return my call or just said sorry can't help you. Northlake answered immediately and then called me back to schedule an early morning appointment. Thank you so much for being there for us!

This was the best plumbing service I’ve ever received. They were professional and responded quickly. As the work was being completed he explained everything & let me know what was going on and the best part they are affordable. I definitely recommend! They will be my go to plumber!

My elderly mother had a leak at her water meter. After a botched attempt at fixing it myself, I left her late last night w no running water. Early this morning we called and Walter actually picked up the phone. Friendly and courteous. They had someone out there and job done by 9:30 am. Unbelievable!!! Thank you, Walter!!!

We used them for a water line busted in the ground from the meter to the house, the owner took my call the night before and had a quote for us the next morning before breakfast. The quality repair was completed before the kids even got off the bus. I definitely recommend these guys they go go go.
