Worst customer service experience ever. Rather than an invoice, I received harassing phone calls about a past due balance and the person on the phone had no idea what the charges were for to explain to me, which led to confusion about what the company was actually collecting payment for. Would not recommend for anything.

Charles the technician was very polite and professional. He took care of our plumbing issues without fail. I highly recommend this company-this was our second time to use them and we are extremely pleased!

We had this company (Keever) sub-contracted at my work, and I had to come in on a Sunday (after they were done with a certain small portion on Saturday night) and I had to begin an eight hour disinfection process of the water pipes (three of them) that they had to cut the day prior.

When I showed up Sunday morning, to begin my eight hour process. They had not even started to repair the small section of cut pipe that needed to be repaired. I asked the on-site plumber to please prioritize this, and do the other stuff later - because sinks / etc aren't as important.

I left, and came back nearly two hours later, to find they had not started the work at all. I asked again, for them to start the work on ONLY this small section - because the rest of the plumbing was not AS time sensitive. The plumber gave me attitude. He told me the glue would take 1 hour to dry anyway. I told him I have some stuff that works for that pipe, that I have used many times myself, that the glue dries nearly instantly. He essentially called me a liar. I showed him spots we glued that had been leak-free for over a year at 60PSI of constant pressure. He told me I was wrong. He told me the stuff took 30 minutes to dry. I said, well it doesn't take 30 minutes, but that's at least better than your quoted 1 hour!! So he cursed me out, he then THREW pipe fittings around the building (with several witnesses) and had a damn fit!

l would love to read the bottle of glue to him. It says 5 minutes of drying time can hold 110PSI. But, I refrained from reading to him. I politely asked him his name, he would not give me his last name. So I called his office and reported his behavior and his temper tantrum to his supervisor. The supervisor said he'd be out asap.

A few minutes later, his boss called, and laughed off the entire story as if it was all a big joke. He said NO supervisor is coming out there, it's too far away. He made excuses for the plumber. He finally gave in, and apologized to me and said he would FIRE the guy tomorrow morning. I said I didn't want the guy fired, I just wanted him to know of the actions that are taking place, when he's not on-site.

The foreman of this HUGE project witnessed the last portion of the quarrel between myself and the plumber. The foreman made certain that the 10 minute repair, and 30 minute drying time were completed ASAP. I'm sure everyone is pissed at me, "the tattle tale". But, I'm SICK of wasting my day, especially a Sunday when I'm supposed to be off, waiting on some slack ass plumbers that don't know how to do their job.

I somewhat feel sorry for the temper tantrum plumber. He probably wouldn't give me his last name, because he doesn't know who his daddy really is. It sucks that he had the better quicker drying glue on his truck, and didn't know to read what it is for. Illiterate white trash plumber? In Georgia? Say it isn't so... It's amazing that they don't give a damn about their work, but want more money. LOL...

I wouldn't use this company to unclog the p-trap under my bathroom sink.

Keever Dalton Johnson plumbing provided excellent, efficient and timely service at my home. Not only that, but I was impressed that they have a member of the office team ride with the technicians once a week so that they can see the business first hand. This tells me that this company is truly interested in quality customer service.

They checked out backflow valve at our church and were very reasonable. We will definately use them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I own a furniture business in Vickery Village. They came out to repair a toilet and when they left I thought they did that until we came in the next morning to my store flooded!!!! They came in and replaced the toilet the next morning and Jonathan E. Long stated they took 100% responsibility. He gave me a contact person of Debbie and stated she would take care of anything I needed that they just wanted to make things right and every time me or anyone calls on my behalf she is in a "meeting" or "phone call". I've left her multiple messages and no response at all back! Jonathan told me to e-mail them over all the damages and the owner would reimburse me for everything.....we are now over 2 weeks from this incident and we have heard no word from them!!!! They have avoided all emails and calls! I HIGHLY recommend using someone else. VERY DISSAPOINTED on how Keever Plumbing handled this and NOT done what was right and what they told me they would do.....SO UNPROFESSIONAL on so many levels!!!!

I own and manage rental properties so I work with contractors and vendors every day. Everyone makes mistakes, but how a company responds to those mistakes determines whether you want to continue doing business with them.

    Here was my experience below:
    1) Plumber brought the wrong toilet (requested comfort height toilet, but received regular height). Company did change it out, but first tried to blame us for ordering the wrong toilet.
    2) Cast iron flange needed to be replaced. Plumber didn't have the parts he needed on the truck. If I was a plumber working in the Atlanta metro, I'd carry every possible flange needed to avoid repeat trips.
    3) Company acted like they were doing us a favor and said they would not charge us for the wrong toilet or the additional labor to replace it with the correct toilet. However, it appears they padded the hours on the bill instead. 3.25 hours to replace a cast iron toilet flange and change out a toilet @ $165/hour.
    4) Threatened with collections when I politely requested them to adjust the labor cost.
    5) $945 for a new toilet. Too high? You decide.

Buyer beware! If you do business with this company, you may get the wrong order, be blamed for their mistakes, pay twice as much on the labor, and be sent to collections if you dare to question their practices. I chose to pay the full bill and find a different plumber.

APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING! BEWARE. I have had an appointment scheduled since Wednesday with this plumber (highly recommended) to repair a leak in my kitchen sink area. First available was for today between 2-4 so I accepted and have kept the water turned off under the sink since then (huge inconvenience but wanted to wait for a reliable plumber). They called this morning and CANCELLED my appointment because I was unable to arrive at 11 a.m. (3 hours early) and was told they could not have anyone there after 2 p.m. 'It was inconvenient' for the plumber to be in Alpharetta after 2 p.m. on a Friday afternoon so they abandoned the appointment and left me with a leak until I can find someone for next week. UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR MANAGEMENT.

I called on a Monday and was told someone would call me about a time to handle the problem. A week goes by, I call back. They said they would send someone Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon rolls around with a no show. I call again, they said they can send someone Friday morning. After spending the two hour minimum, they said that a manager would need to send me a quote for the work. The quote never came. I refuse to call them again. Two weeks to send someone out and never sending a quote just feels like bad business.

Made an appointment and took time off work to be there. They didn’t show and didn’t call so I cancelled.

Pete did a great job. They charged exactly what they quoted and did quick, quality work. We would call them again.

They replaced our heat pump and repaired leaking water heater overflow valve. All with quick responses and reasonable price.

I am so glad I found these wonderful people. I know I have an excellent plumber for as long as I live in Atlanta. I highly recommend them!

Was told a technician would be at my address several times and they never showed up or called letting me know that they would not make it. Now when calling, my call is almost immediately declined. Thanks for the lack of service, I guess?!?!?
