Northlake Plumbing put in a new water service line from the street to my house replacing the original galvanized pipe. They were on-time and efficient, and the price was fair. I will be sure to call them in the future for my plumbing needs.

No words to describe the upset at having your property damaged by careless workers who then charge you for work that was not done. David is good; the others don't know what they are doing. damaged the paint in one bathroom; damaged a brand new toilet and left the floor ruined in the other.

David came out promptly on the same day. We had multiple leaks in our hot water copper line. He took care of it quickly and charged a very fair price. Will use again.

We had our water main break in the middle of the night and called them first thing in the morning. They came out two hours later and worked really hard to replaced the entire pipe within the day. Denis and Joe were very helpful and answered any questions we had! My family will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Dennis and Joe arrived right on time - as a matter of fact a bit early! They worked hard to diagnose the problem and were very thorough with it.
Also, they kept us informed of how much it would cost us.
In addition, they were respectful along with diligent workers.
I would use them definitively again!

This small business is all about customer service, professional work, knowledge and consistency. I have had the same plumber attend to my needs for all of these years. Walt, the owner recognizes the need to provide his customers with consistent service and and quality work. I am so comfortable with the work, advice and problem solving I get from Northlake, I cannot recommend then highly enough. They fix it right the first time. And, they have always been there when I need them.

Initially rated lower because I had a clogged sink. I called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning (before noon is what I was told). At 2pm on Wednesday, I called to confirm they were still coming to fix my sink, and they said that someone would be here before 5pm. It is now Thursday and nobody has shown up or called. Wish they would have shown up. Would not recommend. -- they ended up showing up Thursday afternoon and fixing the sink.

I have since updated my review because I decided to give them a 2nd chance and I do not regret it. They were able to fit me in same day to fix a clogged toilet.

I called to schedule an appointment to check on a leak. Walter was very pleasant on the phone and informed me they could send someone out that afternoon to check on the issue. As evening was creeping up, I called to have a follow up on estimated time arrival to which I was informed by the on call personnel that, "I don't know anything about that." No apologies or effort to find a resolution due to their poor communication. Had I not followed up, this would've been a no call no show as well.

We couldn't be much happier with the quality of service, professionalism and reasonable rates than we are with Northlake Plumbing. We've dealt with a lot of different contractors over the past year or two, and some have been real nightmare experiences. But not this company. They were easy to deal with, fair and courteous. We'll definitely use them again.

Walter and his team at Northlake are amazing! They came out to my house to repair some plumbing that was improperly installed by my contractor. His guy showed up on time and was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Northlake to anyone with plumbing needs in metro Atlanta.

These guys are great! We had an issue where a previous plumber had not done the repairs they had claimed to do. Not only did Northlake quickly diagnose the issue, they also provided us with exactly the information we needed to make the previous plumber come back and do the work correctly. We will definitely use them in the future.

I can honestly say that I have received the best service from Northlake. My parents elderly parents who both have Alzheimer's sometimes clog their bathroom toilet, the staff at Northlake is always available, courteous and truthful. I had to have the toilet unclogged today and since I've had it done so frequently, they waived the fee and spoke to me about a more perminate solution. They were prompt, quick, and professional. It was our first time using their service and we will definitely use them again. We had a burst pipe in our crawl space and they were able to come out the same day (cost was half the price of another big name company!). We were so pleased with their work ethic and honesty, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in the future. So glad we found a good local plumbing company in Lilburn! We used Northlake Plumbing for installation of a new circulating pump. When calling for appointment Walt worked with us to get a timely appointment. Brad came to determine the problem, order the pump and then came to replace our old one. He explained the whole process, was very professional and gave us a competitive price. We will certainly use them in our next plumbing needs.

We have used Northlake plumbing in the past and they do good work but. I recently called to have them do two different jobs and have been stood up 4 times. Plumber showed up, not at the time scheduled, and did half the job. Plumber was supposed to come back the following day but never showed up. They have not have had the courtesy to call to cancel or reschedule. I spoke to someone at the office 3 different times and he would always apologize and promise to send someone out.

They replaced my water heater last year, so when I saw water ponding in my yard, I knew immediately who to call. They were here at appointment time, stayed in communication, hand dug a trench from meter to house and replaced my main line... They will be my forever plumbers!

We have used Northlake plumbing on many different occasions for many years. They always answer their calls and make an effort to come out as promptly as they can. Usually within hours of calling on the same day. They are knowledgeable and very courteous with reasonable pricing. They also remember repeat customers. Today they came out to fix a problem we had on a water heater they installed several years ago (out of warranty) and did not charge for the visit. We highly recommend them!

The folks at Northlake were incredibly helpful and responsive with a recent water heater issue we had. Our interactions with Walter, Eddie, and David were all excellent. They fit us into their schedules on multiple occasions. They even handled the warranty of a part for us. Their quote was very competitive with other businesses. We'll definitely recommend and use again! We have already passed on their information to friends.

I have used Northlake Plumbing for more than 20 years for all my plumbing needs. The owner, Walter, is always interested in getting a repairman to my house as quickly as possible. The guys arrive on time and al of their work is top quality. They have repaired and installed both indoor and outdoor plumbing at my house. I highly recommend this company.

I called Tuesday with a non-urgent service request. They scheduled for Thursday morning. The technician texted with an ETA. The two technicians were professional, prompt, tidy, and respectful. Job accomplished quickly at the price quoted on the phone. Will definitely call again!!!

I called for help with a leak in the laundry room. Someone came on 12/19/25 and as soon as I opened the door I said “hi how are you” they said hold on! walked away and immediately took a “call” (my camera caught the entire interaction). Then after they got off the “call “ I directed him and I guess it was his assistant to the leak in the laundry room. He immediately said I don’t have the tools for that in the truck. didn’t t even touch the wall or inspect what could be the problem. He was in and out within 1 min 45 seconds! Said someone named Walter would call me back Monday (12/21) to schedule a visit (didn’t I do that already?) No one ever did call back I wonder why.
