I live two blocks away from this company, and although I didn't have service by them, I called them on Thursday April 23rd, 2020 at 8:00am. The person (lady) that answered the phone was completely rude and dis-responsive. She didn't introduce herself or the company, she had an attitude for reasons I'm unsure, and was obviously not trying to assist me in obtaining service, with comments like "I don't know what to tell you", or we don't have scheduled immediate plumbing so you would have to ask the local plumber here.??? And then we she tried to take my information at that point my instincts said to run for the hills. And for that I would not recommend this company. You communication staff is a reflection on the company and your first line of offense which was very poor. People having a bad day or not.

This company installed the hot water heater for my home that only last 7 years. It was supposed to be warranted for 10 years. The charged my to replace the second hot water heater second hot water heater which was not properly installed. I had calcium and mold build up from a pipe that was not sealed correctly. Instead of honoring the warranty on the work that was not properly installed, they tried to get me to pay for not only the pipe that needed to be replaced but also a pump that DID NOT need to be replaced because it was properly working. I tried to speak to the manager Greg King who was very condescending and cynical. I requested to speak to the owner and didn’t get a call back. Please be Leary of dealing with this company as they are not willing to honor their work and charge for something that you do not need.

Sean was up front in the quoting with fair pricing. On the day of, he got all the work done as promised, and we are happy with it. He did four things for us, and we haven’t had any issues since. I’d recommend without hesitation.

Sean did an excellent job repairing my water heater. It was only two years old, and I incurred a leak in my basement. I called Stars and Pipes and Sean came out within the day to help me. My water heater had an improper connection made during the install that I signed up for through Home Depot; Sean noticed this and gave me a reasonable quote to repair the issue. My experience gave me peace of mind, and I will definitely use Stars and Pipes Plumbing Company again for future plumbing needs!

Everything was explained in detail before hand, answered all my questions during the visit for the estimate and then promptly sent me the estimate with the breakdown of the different options and prices. Got here an hour earlier than expected and worked quickly and efficiently.

You really can’t ask for more. This was an emergency situation and now it’s over.
