Luis was who installed my new kitchen sink. I went from a split sink to a single deeper one. I love it! He was so nice and explained everything he did as he went. I was hesitant to do a new sink with having everything being what the house was originally built with. Highly recommend Luis for any of your plumbing needs!

Luis was the technician that removed and replaced my water heater. He arrived on time. His personality was professional and he did a fantastic job on removing the old unit and replacing the new one. I was very pleased with the time it took to finish the job; also he did an excellent clean up before he left.

I recently purchased my house and proceeded to update many fixtures. The plumbers were professional and replaced the old water heater quickly. They also replaced a recently installed expansion tank that was leaking due to inferior workmanship from previous plumbers. I was impressed with the installation from every viewpoint.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars. The service is absolutely terrible. Techs came to my home to replace my water heater and damaged something at the street where they turned off the water. I called the office to ask them to come back and check and the service person was absolutely rude and lied to say my water was off before they arrived. I advised that wasn’t true and she got a smart attitude with me as if I was a liar. I clearly have them on camera going to the street and using a tool to go into the main water valve. If you want a trustworthy plumbing company I would strongly advise not to use this service. I will never ever do business with them again. I’d rather pay a little more and go with a company that has good service and are highly trustworthy.

Installer arrived on time and installed the new water heater to code. Cleaned up the area and took the old water heater. Good install.

I had an issue with my water heater and Bynum and Sons acted swiftly. They were able to give me a quote to replace my water heater over the phone while others were only able to give me a quote in person. Their price beat the competition and I was also offered a discount if I decided to get the water heater installed the same day. I found them by shopping for my water heater on the Home Depot website. Bynum and Sons plumbers were professional and most importantly installed the water heater without making a mess. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome service to install a new toilet. Drew Snider was professional and extremely courteous. Went the extra mile to ensure wax ring and fittings were perfect. Cleanup was great! I’ll use them again.

If your water heater is located in the attic, don’t bother with this company. Their contractor will simply tell you to find a local handyman to do all the work because the attic “frame and door” would need to be removed for the water heater to fix-which makes no sense. If the door is removed, the attic stairs would be gone as well. It honestly felt like the contractor just didn’t want to deal with the attic or the stairs. 0/10, do not recommend. ( edit: i got my water heater replaced by a different licensed company named plumbarius company who had no problem doing the work without ripping my attic frame out 10/10 recommend plumbarius company & $200 cheaper )

I am redoing my kitchen thru HD who uses Bynum Plumbing for their plumbing installs and trouble shootings. I received a text from Bynum reminding me of my appt and a Picture ID of Luis & a way to contact him. Luis is absolutely wonderful. Luis arrived on time and introduced himself to me. He is so very professional as he explained everything he needed to do to install my faucet and garbage disposal. He neatly cleaned up his work area. What a pleasure to have such a conscientious and young professional. He truly is an asset to Bynum. I feel he will continue to grow in his profession.

I contacted them late the evening and they had our water heater replaced the next day. My service was super, everything was disclosed and all options were provided by Jasmin. I was under no pressure to agree with the estimate. After accepting, the installation tech Luis was on time and professionnal. He performed his tasks and explained the various steps, answering any questions I had. I was impressed with his technical knowledge and customer service. He cleaned up the area and left it in great condition.

I had to have my water heater replaced. As a first-time homebuyer, I knew nothing about the process. These guys were professional, helpful, and kind. They helped me understand what they were doing. They were on time. They cleaned the space where they worked. They were professional.

The gentlemen that installed our water heater worked diligently on the installment the whole time they were here. The new installment presented some changes to our existing area where the old water heater was located. They explained the new codes that were enacted since our old system was over 15 years old. They had all of the new pieces that would be needed to install the new water heater right on their truck. Although it added a little additional cost to the installment, we are glad it was done because the county inspectors that came a few days after the job was completed noticed that the workers had brought the water heater placement up to code. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their water heater replaced. Their work is impeccable.

Very professional and clean service. I also was very thankful and appreciative they made a return trip to the store when the Lt noticed my ordered product was damaged. They were more than willing to fully accommodate the services I needed. Highly recommend!

The job was to uninstall and reinstall the faucet after installation of a new countertop. Part of the faucet was broken when it was uninstalled and I was not told about it. The reinstall could not be done because of the broken part. I was told that I had to go out and find the appropriate part and then call them so that they could schedule me to reinstall sometime in the future. Since I’ve already had a Bynum installation of a hot water heater that was not to code, and the installer didn’t bother to tell me about it, I realized that they will only do the minimum on any job for Home Depot. With the hot water heater, they gave me paperwork and told me I needed to go and get a permit. I think that was their way of gouging me for more money. I’ve never been asked to get a building permit for a hot water heater before. Made no sense Except as a way for them to get another appointment and get more money. Office personnel were very nice until we ran into all the problems that were complicated by me having to go into the hospital for major surgery. At that point, they became very uncooperative and very unkind.

I bought two replacement toilets and Bynum did a good job installing them. They work great. I liked their attitude towards the homeowner so I got a quote for them to move gas pipes behind the stove and they also did a great job there. I can finally push my stove up close to the wall. Would Hire again.

Great Service. We swapped electric for gas range and needed the gas line extended. Kevin arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete a professional job that exceeded my expectations. They performed the calculations to confirm our piping was adequate and verified no leaks. Genie at the office was a great help too.
Wife is happy and I am happy because the Bynum quote was 1/3 the expense of the other plumber. The new gas range works great. I’ll call Bynum for any future plumbing service.
