This is one 'Atta Boy' I am more than happy to post on behalf of Gary's Plumbing Service in Lilburn, Georgia. I'll try not to turn people off by saying too much, but Gary really helped us with a couple of challenging issues that had gone unresolved by two previous plumbing 'experts'. I was beginning to lose hope In one case, but he proceeded to locate and repair a prolonged and aggravating leaky bathroom situation in less than 30 minutes ! Gary was highly recommended to me by a friend who owns a tire store with very old and challenging plumbing as well. He has relied on Gary exclusively for many years, so I trusted my friend's word that "Gary won't disappoint" ... and he surely did not. Seriously .. we really appreciate all that you've done for us Gary ... Thank You !

We will definitely use Gary again. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He had changed out our water heater about a month ago. He showed up on time and even took the time to change out a faulty pressure reducing valve. He is the go to plumber and I highly recommend using his services.

Gary's Plumbing did an excellent job for us. Our water heater stopped working and began leaking, and Gary was out to our house very quickly and had the problem resolved in no time. He was very reasonable, and we genuinely trust him and what he says. We will never go anywhere else!

We still had issues that the other guy wasn't able to fix. The first time Gary came over he saw what the problem was right away and repaired it. This has been the case every time he's been to our home. Finds the source of the problem, repairs it and no further issues.

The hot water heater was leaking like crazy. He told us how to stop the leaking. In no time he is at the house installing a new hot water heater. He reminded us the old hot water heater was 9 years old, still under warranty. When we returned it we got a full refund on the purchase price of the old hot water heater. Gary's treats you better than a customer....like family! It's been like from day 1 for over 20 years. That's why Gary's is the only plumbing service we will call.

He was courteous, on time (he fit us in and came super fast), respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, clean and was able to determine the issue and fix our problem in no time. Gary responded to my call and came on the same day. He was very easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable. He identified the issue right away and fixed my water pressure issue within a couple of hours. The price was fair, and the work was top notch. I will continue to use him for future plumbing work. Gary did a great job installing a new faucet and also replacing some pipes and valves under the sink. He was very helpful in advising us about a replacement sink in the kitchen also. I recommend Gary's Plumbing and would use him again.

Next time I need a plumber I will be calling Gary. Spent 10 minutes today discussing my issue (water spot on garage ceiling) with him. I was going to get toilet seals replaced on floor above. Not only did he quote a price much more reasonable than when I had one replaced by one of the plumbing chains, but he recommended I start by looking first to another common cause (I.e. teenage boys using shower, water on floor). Clearly he has both wisdom, professional experience, and honesty.

When the gentleman came they were polite, and professional. They explained everything they were doing and did a fantastic job. This is my second time using this company, and I will continue to them. Thank you so much ☺️

Their team was professional and the owners are knowledgeable about their business. Not only did they fix the issues, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong and how to prevent backing up issues in the future. What really stood out to me is their affordable price for septic pumping. Some septic companies would give low initial price but when they start their service, there are other charges. Central septic gave me flat rate and this push me to recommend them to anyone in need of septic tank service.

This company made me impressed with their professional work. The team completed the job well done and also provide me with affordable rates.. It is reasonable compared to other companies in the area. honest septic company I engaged with. 5 years after owning a property, I had previously inspected and pumped my tank with two different vendors. both of them provided me a small amount of price over the phone call but the cost got tripled after they completed the service. I thought all septic companies are the same but central septic is different. I'm glad I found them in google. what was discussed was the same amount I paid. I was hesitant at first for the initial high cost and i thought it will get tripled again but I have no choice because I cannot use my toilets so i proceed with the service. then I found out I was wrong. Again, what was discussed was the same amount I paid!! thank you so much! glad to work with with you central team.

This company is definitely in the business of ripping you off. They charged over double what the national maximum average is for a very routine repair that they did. Job was done well and correctly, but they are definitely going to take you to the bank.
