I was first impressed by the pretty truck. I had a problem with a new washer backing up water and no one else could fix it. I call Royal Flush and they did all that they could do to fix my problem. I appreciated that they showed me everything that was going on and told me the price before making any moves. The technicians were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Quick and professional but way over priced. Paid twice as much for the repair on hot water heater than I paid for it brand new. Was impatient and wanted it fixed now and not later so over paid but rest assured they will not get any future business from me. Was quoted $3000 -3500for a new one and that is criminal.

I called 5 plumbers and none could get to me for 3 days and Royal Plumbers is the only Company that could come out that day. They were so nice on the phone and the plumber showed up on time and were really reasonable. He cleaned up after himself and he was so professional. I would definitely call them again!

Called these guys after another plumber couldn't make it out. Within 2 hours Kris came out and assessed, estimated and worked diligently for a solid hour before successfully clearing my sewer line. Because the drain access was under the front porch, I had to cut the decking to allow access for him to use his auger. He was professional enough to repair it for me after I cut it. Top notch guy! Will use again if ever needed.

Nate was my installer he was like my professor in college and I’m a doctor of psychiatry. He was wonderful and kind knowledge and informative… Thanks royal plumbing for him well we had to reinstall the faulty dishwasher and he was a pleasure to work with . Brandsmart caused this entire issue and it wind up costing me more for correction issues that the actual
Dishwasher . But thanks Royal Flush and Nate for everything!!!

Buddy came out so quick and handled our leak within our salon ceiling with an urgency and went above and beyond to help us clean up and mitigate further water damage by removing the affected ceiling tiles and insulation.

Worked with this company to help 2 of my clients today and Stephen Carr was very honest to let us know that it was not a plumbing issue. We also had Kris Om on a different project found the leak and had it fixed same day! This company has done a phenomenal job and I can account for both of those men as honest and hard-working.

After calling Roto-Rooter and getting not only an expensive and incorrect quote as well as lied to about a 'free estimate', I decided to give Royal Flush Plumbing a quote. Not only was the quote much cheaper, there was no sales pitch about things I did not need. The appointment was set up quickly and David was punctual and efficient. He was more than polite and even went out of the way to carry not only the toilet he replaced, but also another to the curb. He let me know that while he could haul off the toilets himself, there would be a $25 charge a piece and that the county should be able to pick them up for free- which they did. So that was $50 saved right there. Also, he told me I could get a better shower head for cheaper than the new one I had purchased. After fixing my shut off valve, we discovered the new toilet I bought was broken. He loaded it back in my vehicle for me and then came back out for free to finish the install. While I hope I do not have to call another plumber anytime soon, I will be calling Royal Flush in the future if I have any other issues. It is difficult to find reliable, efficient, and truthful companies- but Royal Flush was all of that. A+

Heather was incredibly understanding and took the time to listen to all the issues we were experiencing. She scheduled an appointment for the same day when our hot water heater exploded. They called to let me know when my technician was going to arrive. My technician, Buddy, was amazing. He answered every single question I had, took the time to explain what he was doing and walked me through step by step. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond. We will never go anywhere else!

Again, Kris came out today to fix the original problem. It took him and his helper all day but they took their time and did it correctly the first time. I really appreciate all their hard work today. Again, if Kris has to come to your house, you are in excellent hands.
